This marks our second year of celebrating the holiday season with Club Med, and once again, it was truly worth every penny. Our first unforgettable experience was December 2024 at Club Med Anji, where we were warmly welcomed by Mr. George and his amazing team. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely cared for. The team was approachable, attentive, and incredibly warm, making our stay relaxed and memorable. This year’s December holiday brought us to Club Med Urban Oasis Taicang Resort, and the experience was just as wonderful. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Stanley and Mr. Jake, who were very professional and responsive in addressing all our concerns, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Traveling with three kids, comfort and cleanliness are extremely important to us. A very special thank you to our dear ayi 张二双, who we met in Taicang as well. She took such great care of our room. She was kind, helpful, and meticulous, our room was always spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved it. From the service to the atmosphere, Club Med continues to deliver exceptional holiday experiences for our family. We will definitely keep choosing Club Med for our holiday celebrations. The Yitel in Taicang is a fantastic hotel.  From the great front desk staff allowing us a bit of an early check in, to the wonderful breakfast, great room with a lovely big bathtub, to the very warm and friendly housekeeping and restaurant staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yitel. We have been staying at many hotels over the last few months in China, and this hotel is a standout.  The location in central Taicang is great, with a shopping mall and Walmart right across the street, and many other shops, restaurants, banks, and more within easy walking distance.  Our large Queen room was great - very large, incredibly comfortable and well appointed - and, again, the great big bathtub was a special treat.  There is a great in house laundry - most importantly, the best dryer we have used at a ny of the hotels we have stayed in.  Great hotel and would highly recommend.

這已經是我第四次入住太倉輕井澤温泉酒店了，這次端午假期帶着媽媽、先生和兒子一起來度假，依然覺得非常滿意。酒店整體環境安靜舒適，房間靜謐、設施齊全且有品質感，衞生狀況也一直保持得很好，讓人住得很安心。 最喜歡的還是這裏的温泉，温暖、舒適，也很正宗。對我來説，温泉區域的衞生情況尤為重要，而輕井澤在這一點上一如既往地讓人放心。每次泡完都覺得身心都放鬆下來，很適合假期短途休養。 酒店周邊也很適合度假，開車大約15分鐘可以到沙溪古鎮，那裡有很多好吃的；附近還有生態環境很好的金倉湖公園，適合一家人散步、放鬆。我們從上海開車過來大約一個半小時，交通也很方便，所以這兩年一到假期就會想到來這裏住幾天。 這次入住期間，酒店服務也讓人感覺很温暖。工作人員親切周到，餐廳服務尤其細緻，會主動關心和詢問我們的需求。得知我媽媽胃不太好後，還特意加了白粥，真的很貼心。因為這兩年多次入住，這次酒店還贈送了私湯，讓我們感受到滿滿的誠意和賓至如歸的温度。 總之，輕井澤温泉酒店已經成為我們家假期短途度假的固定選擇。無論是房間、温泉、衞生、服務，還是周邊環境，都讓人很滿意。下半年有機會我們還會再來。

房間雖然小，但是很舒適，就是爬上二層去不太容易，不過小朋友們很喜歡。然後這個數字榫卯的設計很有意思，沒有砍一棵樹，不過我沒有看到設計師的銘牌，但是看起來和餐廳是同一個設計師設計的。遺憾的是，房間內的味道太重了，可能是用了多層實木板的原因，當時在設計的時候，可能是為了純粹的風景而擴大取景框，所以衹有一個小窗户可以通風，其實吧枱上面那個窗户完全也可以設計成通風的，這樣對流通風就能消減味道。室外活動挺好，不過最合適來的季節是夏天，因為夏天可以挖藕，可以看荷花，可以去抓螃蟹，還可以玩槳板。清明節前來也不錯，沒有蚊蟲，還可以欣賞櫻花。但是槳板就玩不起來了，因為掉到水裡會感冒的。不過滑索過江很刺激，很好玩，別的地方也很少見。老闆人很熱情，還幫小朋友剝瓜子花生。據員工説，老闆買了一些鹿散養在林場，我女兒説她晚上看到了帶着角的鹿，但是她正處於胡説八道的年齡，所以是不是我也不確定。

超預期的完美入住，來這座城必選！ 這次入住體驗直接拉滿！地理位置超優越，步行到地鐵站/商圈超方便，周邊吃逛一應俱全。房間寬敞乾淨，床品柔軟睡得超香，衞生間乾濕分離、熱水超足，細節感拉滿。前台工作人員熱情高效，辦理入住超快速，還貼心推薦了周邊遊玩攻略，全程體驗感超棒。性價比絕了，下次來還住這家，強烈推薦給所有人！

這個酒店位置很好，到古鎮也就幾步路的事情，很近，酒店後面有個小公園，散步可以，酒店的早餐也可以，蠻豐盛的，酒店提供健身房和洗衣機烘乾機，健身房就一個跑步機 勉為其難，洗衣機和烘乾機提供是比較便利的，我一大早出去跑步 回來自己手洗了衣服 然後去烘乾挺好的，上述是酒店不錯的地方，但我也要説酒店的幾個問題 ，我入住的的房間，電動窗簾是壞的 要手動，電話機有聲音但一直打不通 試過幾次，問前台，直接給我一個手機號碼 説有事打手機，還所第二天上門來檢修，結果等我們離開時，也沒人來檢修，該壞的還是壞着，晚上要看電視 ，網絡一直出錯，衹能手機通知服務員，前來調試，調試好了 結果一關再開 又不行了，後頭也不折騰了，最後就是入住的第二天我們一大早8.30出門 出門按了請及時打掃的按鈕，結果下午回到酒店 整個房間也沒打掃，毛巾什麼都沒有，我衹能再打手機 讓我等等 説馬上來打掃 我等了5分鐘，沒人上門 我直接到前台發飆了 説是當天的布草都沒幾時送到 所以沒法打掃。。我也無語了，在回到房間後，來個服務員，我直接和她説，你把毛巾啥的給我們把其他也不用打掃了，服務員還在嘮叨什麼，沒看到及時打掃的燈，我説怎麼可能 我們出去就按了，綠色的，看的清清楚楚，她説沒看到，我也懶得搭理她，這些問題搞的入住體驗感比較差，以後再來沙溪古鎮，我考慮要換酒店了

1) Not clean, there's hair on tower 2) Rated non smoking but as usual, every room has ash tray and allows guests to smoke. Luckily my room has no cigarette smell, however once the air con is turned on, strong cigarette smell start coming out from the ventilation. I rather sleep through 5 degree without heating than killing my lung. 3) Corridor and room very old, damages everywhere 4) Staffs are nice though

I recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

早餐 10 點鐘結束，不到 9 點鐘去，東西都沒有了，也沒有人添加。第一天喊他們添加，他們説沒有人了，不加了。第二天去的時候，他們衹是在那聊天，也沒有人添加。還有一個小時才結束呢，去到都沒有什麼吃的了，衹有簡單的一些荷包蛋、麪，然後粥。炒菜啊、蛋炒飯基本上都沒有了。
