This marks our second year of celebrating the holiday season with Club Med, and once again, it was truly worth every penny. Our first unforgettable experience was December 2024 at Club Med Anji, where we were warmly welcomed by Mr. George and his amazing team. From the very beginning, they made us feel genuinely cared for. The team was approachable, attentive, and incredibly warm, making our stay relaxed and memorable. This year’s December holiday brought us to Club Med Urban Oasis Taicang Resort, and the experience was just as wonderful. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Stanley and Mr. Jake, who were very professional and responsive in addressing all our concerns, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Traveling with three kids, comfort and cleanliness are extremely important to us. A very special thank you to our dear ayi 张二双, who we met in Taicang as well. She took such great care of our room. She was kind, helpful, and meticulous, our room was always spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved it. From the service to the atmosphere, Club Med continues to deliver exceptional holiday experiences for our family. We will definitely keep choosing Club Med for our holiday celebrations. 酒店位置好，對面就是南洋廣場，吃飯很方便，前台服務好，很熱情，還送了早餐券，到南園步行10分鐘，到海運堤風情小鎮半個小時左右，房間設備智能的，酒店早餐品種應有的都有，會推薦給朋友。

A peaceful getaway with futuristic-style cabins set in a huge natural area. The space feels quiet and open, perfect for slowing down and disconnecting. There’s plenty to do if you want to stay active: long walks, SUPs, kayaks, archery, zip line, or just relaxing by the water. Everything is well organized and never feels crowded. Comfort is well thought out — BBQ sets are available, breakfast is offered, and the cabins are minimal but cozy. Great for a weekend escape from the city. Liked it very much, definitely will come back

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

The hotel meets high standards. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and equipped with new facilities. The service is excellent and very prompt. Guests are welcomed with fresh fruit, and there are even small gifts for children, which is a lovely touch. We are very satisfied with the staff’s polite and friendly attitude. A special thanks to Ms. Ella Zhang, who was especially kind and flexible, helping our group have a wonderful experience at the hotel. We will definitely come back if we have the chance.

原本擔心新開業有味道，入住發現沒味道挺好的。入住逸扉酒店體驗十分出色，酒店配有直達雪世界的專車接送，出行省心又便捷，去雪世界玩還是要住附近。三樓客房視野開闊通透，房間打掃得乾淨整潔。工作人員服務貼心周到，態度温和專業。整體居住體驗安靜舒適，出行遊玩格外合適，整體非常值得推薦。

這個酒店位置很好，到古鎮也就幾步路的事情，很近，酒店後面有個小公園，散步可以，酒店的早餐也可以，蠻豐盛的，酒店提供健身房和洗衣機烘乾機，健身房就一個跑步機 勉為其難，洗衣機和烘乾機提供是比較便利的，我一大早出去跑步 回來自己手洗了衣服 然後去烘乾挺好的，上述是酒店不錯的地方，但我也要説酒店的幾個問題 ，我入住的的房間，電動窗簾是壞的 要手動，電話機有聲音但一直打不通 試過幾次，問前台，直接給我一個手機號碼 説有事打手機，還所第二天上門來檢修，結果等我們離開時，也沒人來檢修，該壞的還是壞着，晚上要看電視 ，網絡一直出錯，衹能手機通知服務員，前來調試，調試好了 結果一關再開 又不行了，後頭也不折騰了，最後就是入住的第二天我們一大早8.30出門 出門按了請及時打掃的按鈕，結果下午回到酒店 整個房間也沒打掃，毛巾什麼都沒有，我衹能再打手機 讓我等等 説馬上來打掃 我等了5分鐘，沒人上門 我直接到前台發飆了 説是當天的布草都沒幾時送到 所以沒法打掃。。我也無語了，在回到房間後，來個服務員，我直接和她説，你把毛巾啥的給我們把其他也不用打掃了，服務員還在嘮叨什麼，沒看到及時打掃的燈，我説怎麼可能 我們出去就按了，綠色的，看的清清楚楚，她説沒看到，我也懶得搭理她，這些問題搞的入住體驗感比較差，以後再來沙溪古鎮，我考慮要換酒店了

Stayed for a few nights as international travelers, the hotel was clean and service was good. You can sometimes hear other guests but mostly not too bad. Good amenities and free water are provided.

The hotel is beauand well designed. Rooms were spacious but not so clean. The cleaning ladies would come as early as 8:30-9am to clean the rooms and even when we lealdt the rooms at 9am, they did the Barr minimum. Cups were still used and not washed and put back. Cleaning was done around our things and floors were barely done in the living space/entrance space. Overall nice place for families and has different activities to keep both kids and adults entertained.

早餐 10 點鐘結束，不到 9 點鐘去，東西都沒有了，也沒有人添加。第一天喊他們添加，他們説沒有人了，不加了。第二天去的時候，他們衹是在那聊天，也沒有人添加。還有一個小時才結束呢，去到都沒有什麼吃的了，衹有簡單的一些荷包蛋、麪，然後粥。炒菜啊、蛋炒飯基本上都沒有了。
