We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. There was healthy tea available for guests in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. Even the security guards were helpful and happy to provide information – they even rushed to help carry our luggage down the steps. Breakfast was served in the library, which has a beautiful decoration and a wide selection of food. The best part of our stay, however, was the hotel's thoughtful service. They helped my daughter – who is currently in London – order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me in the room for Mother's Day. I had no idea about this arrangement. Shortly after we checked in, reception knocked on my door with the flowers. What a pleasant surprise! It's truly impressive that such great customer service can be delivered even online. Highly recommended!

Hotel was very clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to China. The location was close to CC mall, however as described in the description we thought it would be closer. It was also far from other things to see in Urumqi, and needed to get didi everywhere. The room was not cleaned each day, and seemed to be difficult to get our room cleaned daily. Other than that, it was a good stay and comfortable hotel.

The staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated. There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything! I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️ We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.

This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay. Considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the prime location, I felt this hotel offered excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure :)

酒店很不錯，房間乾淨衞生，設施設備齊全。枕頭沒想到有記憶枕，和我平時在家用的類似，對頸椎好。出門一週，五星酒店都沒這個，這家店枕頭舒服，睡眠都好了。這個超出期望。酒店位置也很方便，走路就能到博物館，樓下就有賣烤饢的店，周圍吃的也很多。酒店服務更贊，前台維族小姐姐漂亮又能幹，服務特別周到。晚上買了很多奶製品需要冷藏，第二天一大早要趕飛機，買完回酒店的路上還在擔心怎麼存放。到了酒店前台妹妹立馬幫我放冷櫃，發現放不下還幫忙放廚房的冷凍櫃，説第二天早上找她就行，她們24小時值班。前台小姐姐們雖然年輕但工作特別用心，認真負責。有任何問題，都很有耐心的回答。看得出老闆經營管理很專業。這家酒店性價比高，出來旅行很好的選擇，下次還會來。

Quite and outdated hotel. Staff was not particularly friendly when checking in, we had to ask for all information rather than it being given to us. Room is spacious, but old and the bathroom was rather dirty. Room smells like smoke but that it the case everywhere in China.

Amber & Mr. Ma is great asset to the hotel as they are friendly & helpful who offer assistance in our needs. Thank you to both of them. They made our stay in your hotel very pleasantly. There is a nearby eatery at the hotel Hotan Rosa .. highly recommended... Hand Grab Rice.. The room is clean and comfortable to stay in. The location is very near to those people who wants to take the train at the Urumqi Railway Station. We unable to have the breakfast as we have early tour to catch. So the hotel assist us to arrange prepack breakfast for us to bring out in the morning.

Despite being listed as a new 2026 hotel, it suffers from cheap build quality and poor maintenance (our toilet roll holder was barely attached to the wall). The breakfast is also disappointing—definitely book a room without it and eat outside instead. On the plus side, the rooms are perfectly clean and modern for a basic stay. Surprisingly, it was the only hotel on our entire Xinjiang trip with a bidet, beating out much more expensive places we stayed! The absolute best part, however, is the location: you step right out onto a vibrant food street, and the Grand Bazaar is just a short walk away. A decent place to rest if you manage your expectations.
