We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. There was healthy tea available for guests in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. Even the security guards were helpful and happy to provide information – they even rushed to help carry our luggage down the steps. Breakfast was served in the library, which has a beautiful decoration and a wide selection of food. The best part of our stay, however, was the hotel's thoughtful service. They helped my daughter – who is currently in London – order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me in the room for Mother's Day. I had no idea about this arrangement. Shortly after we checked in, reception knocked on my door with the flowers. What a pleasant surprise! It's truly impressive that such great customer service can be delivered even online. Highly recommended!

Hotel was very clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to China. The location was close to CC mall, however as described in the description we thought it would be closer. It was also far from other things to see in Urumqi, and needed to get didi everywhere. The room was not cleaned each day, and seemed to be difficult to get our room cleaned daily. Other than that, it was a good stay and comfortable hotel.

The staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated. There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything! I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️ We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.

The room had the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The best was just the right softness and the sheets was so soft and buttery smooth All other facilities was good , nothing new nothing amazing. BUT THE BED WAS SO GOOD. Please book this for the bed. I even contemplated staying for one more night just so I can lie in the bed and do nothing Also very near a lot of eateries. I think I will go back to Urumiqi and book this same hotel because the bed was so comfortable

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

Alex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink, From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.

酒店很不錯，房間乾淨衞生，設施設備齊全。枕頭沒想到有記憶枕，和我平時在家用的類似，對頸椎好。出門一週，五星酒店都沒這個，這家店枕頭舒服，睡眠都好了。這個超出期望。酒店位置也很方便，走路就能到博物館，樓下就有賣烤饢的店，周圍吃的也很多。酒店服務更贊，前台維族小姐姐漂亮又能幹，服務特別周到。晚上買了很多奶製品需要冷藏，第二天一大早要趕飛機，買完回酒店的路上還在擔心怎麼存放。到了酒店前台妹妹立馬幫我放冷櫃，發現放不下還幫忙放廚房的冷凍櫃，説第二天早上找她就行，她們24小時值班。前台小姐姐們雖然年輕但工作特別用心，認真負責。有任何問題，都很有耐心的回答。看得出老闆經營管理很專業。這家酒店性價比高，出來旅行很好的選擇，下次還會來。

Everything is perfectly fine and steady the only concern is the language barrier which is very understandable because it's Chinese country as a foreigner the translator app is good to communicate with the staff and they understand very well
