"Location is good. Service terrible. This was the state of the room after "housekeeping". Bed wasn't made, trash wasn't taken out and toiletries not replenished. After I informed the staff at the front desk, bed and trash were more or less taken care of, but body wash still not replenished. It was almost 9 pm and I decided to use the hand wash for shower. I have traveled across China and stayed in great hotels and homestays, including in Xinjiang. But this hotel was the worst so far. Never returning again. I won't just blame the housekeeping staff; they probably have too much to handle. This is a management and motivation problem."

"Traveling to stay at the hotel, I most mind the towel bath towel hygiene, this hotel is really reassuring! As soon as I entered the room, I saw the face towels and bath towels, all sealed in a sealed bag with brand-name words. The bag was completely unbroken and must be manually torn to use. At a glance, I can confirm that it is brand new and has not been used by others. I don’t have to worry about whether to bring my own towel. The water cup in the room also has anti-unmolesting stickers. There is no water stains and dust on the corner of the bathroom, and the bedding is flat and odorless. It is especially friendly to tourists who are clean and traveling alone. It is visible and clean, and they live in peace of mind."

"We are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread."

Xiao Ye was incredibly warm and attentive, always polite and helpful. Upon my arrival, he proactively assisted me with arranging a taxi, which significantly eased my travel burden. Knowing that my train departed early the next morning and would conflict with the hotel's breakfast hours, Xiao Ye thoughtfully informed the front desk and meticulously coordinated my breakfast arrangements. He truly went above and beyond, always approaching solutions from a guest’s perspective to resolve any travel difficulties. His meticulous and thoughtful service made my trip feel incredibly warm and truly made me feel at home. He deserves high praise!"
