Hotel Weihai dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

This is an awesome hotel. The most incredible thing is SERVICE! That humanity is what I called service. Our shower seem to have problem and cold water inlet isn’t working. We informed the front desk via WeChat App and they instantly replied. Although the maintenance team can’t come to service (is almost 10 p.m.) but Manager Zhao Zhi Lu’s response is so professional, she immediately gave us another room to shower. Next morning, I informed her again that we are leaving to breakfast and she could ask the maintenance to inspect our shower. Boom! After breakfast, the shower is fixed and housekeeping had cleaned our room as well! I can say that with many hotel experiences from 3 stars to 6 stars across the world, I had never seen such an incredible services before (bear in mind that this is only a “4-star hotel”). The moment you step in the hotel, the friendly front desk team, to breakfast buffet team, and laundry (the cleaner aunt even helped to fold and bring our cleaned clothes delivered at our doorstep while we were out to the beach!) all did well at their respective areas. Lokasi Cemerlang: Hotel yang telah lama bertapak ini mempunyai lokasi yang hebat, betul-betul di seberang jalan dari Weigao Plaza, dikelilingi oleh pelbagai pusat membeli-belah dan menawarkan kehidupan yang mudah. ​​Pantai ini terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Perkhidmatan Cemerlang: Pengurus lobi, Encik Fu, meninggalkan kesan yang mendalam. Beliau ramah dan ceria, membantu kami menemui restoran dan tarikan tempatan. Kakitangan pengemasan, Xiao Jiang, membersihkan dan mengemas bilik dengan teliti setiap hari, malah meninggalkan nota tulisan tangan. Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu mesra dan prihatin; kami sentiasa disambut dengan senyuman mesra semasa kami naik dan turun tangga. Akhirnya, restoran di tingkat 6 sangat lazat! 😋 Hotel ini telah diubah suai, dengan reka bentuk yang bersih dan ringkas. Sebuah hotel yang sangat bagus.

The hotel is near the subway station, I came there so early around 9 am but the front desk let me check in and gave me a big room which is so good and unexpected. Thank you for being very kind and welcoming. I truly recommend!!

I recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff for your amazing hospitality—I’ll definitely be returning and sharing this experience with others.

很好。在韓樂坊一棟公寓樓裏，機場大巴1號線韓樂坊下車。走20分鐘到威海站/客運中心。樓下就是韓樂坊消閑旅遊區/食街，很多韓國商品超市，各種食店選擇。房間很大，清潔光亮，單邊兩面有窗，21樓開揚可望遠，見海，早晚陰晴雨景色變化大。設施不錯，很舒服的床褥，窗前的椅幾都很好。攜程各名目優惠下76塊錢一晚，十分滿意。

I asked for a non-smoking room, and I think that the hotel did give me one. But there is something everyone should know about who goes to China. Many still smoke indoors, even near kids. No room is truly free from smoke, I imagine. My room had a weak smell of smoke, and that scent was in all the places, from the lobby and lifts to the corridor. Still, the hotel staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. Talking to them may be difficult if you do not speak Mandarin, as most staff know a little English, but a translation app helps a lot. They were all kind and happy to help. This was my first trip to Weihai, and the trip was for a friend’s wedding in one of the hotel’s halls. So, the spot was quite good for the event. If you go to Weihai just to see sites or other fun spots, you might want to look at other places to stay. That said, the hotel has a sweet sea view and parks by the sea, which is nice for a slow walk and some clean air.

不愧是星級酒店，服務非常專業，帶一歲多萌娃出門，貼心裝了床圍欄，第二天中午退房寶寶沒睡醒，給我們延遲了退房時間，太感動了🥹走的時候還送了零食和水，還有小朋友玩的貼紙書，雖然都是些很小的東西，但是能看到真的很用心。洗漱用品啥的都很好，空調也很給力，可惜早餐普通了點，還有就是設備舊了些

訂的榻榻米房間，前台小姐姐説那個房間是一樓對着停車場的 ，免費升級到二樓的側海景房間，確實能躺在床上看布魯威斯，要躺平看才能看不到下面了一大塊停滿車的停車場；如果能再選擇一次的話，可能不會要二樓的房間，因為沒電梯到二樓，行李箱不應該帶大的；洗衣房要穿過停車場，晚上洗完澡黑燈瞎火的，又趕上下雨，還是不去了；樓下有個seven-eleven超市，價格很正常，一點都不像景區的超市，東西也很多，24小時的，很方便。房間帶小冰箱的，可以買了飲料冰着；四樓是個觀景平台，幾乎沒人上去；早餐78一位，9點半結束，真心沒啥吃的。打車去成山頭、動物園、那香海很方便。幾乎點不到什麼外賣，管家推薦了京東外賣，至少半夜還吃到了海腸撈飯。

The lobby is very impressive but the rooms are in need of refurbishment. Not that clean either. Bathrooms were in poor condition with previous guests hair still in it Restaurant was good and the access to the beach is nice. It's obviously more of a summer resort hotel but it still looks tired.
