Great sized rooms, amazing stay in experience. Friendly reception team, they were kind to offer a partial river view for one of the rooms (subject to availability). Umbrella on request, 24/7 free (self) laundry service, and free late night food service in the included benefits of my booking. The location is convenient, easy to walk to the Art Museum and other local interesting sites. The area is busy though, so just keep this in mind depending on the season you book. For general flower viewing, visit Wuhan in the first half of March. Thank you!

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Location wise just right outside the subway exit. Easy to travel around many tourist spots nearby. Clean and spacious room. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is better to contact the staff for easier and faster check in.

The hotel is very nice, feel luxury, it said near to airport, but it is 15km away. It provide airport pick up, but you need to make numerous call. They only provide sending to airport from 6am-8am. Metro just infront of hotel. Breakfast is reasonably good.

Whether gazing out at the bustling cityscape or enjoying the tranquil surroundings, the scenery is unparalleled compared to the Hilton. The hotel's location near the metro station and World Trade Center also adds to its charm. Pricing: Despite its high quality and stunning scenery, the Shell Hotel offers pricing that is more reasonable than the Hilton. This makes it an even more attractive choice for discerning travelers like myself. Overall Experience: In conclusion, my stay at the Shell Hotel has once again been exceptional. We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

作為錦江薈的會員，當然希望錦江越來越好。所以這一次國慶特意又訂了老牌的五星錦江國際。 首先説地理位置確實不錯，過個馬路就是萬松園美食街。房間可以看到樓下的湖。門口停的很多都是類似理想這種六座七座的車，也就是説蠻多帶小孩的家庭會選擇。 説一下需要改進的地方:1️⃣酒店大堂幾乎不存在迎賓和拿行李的人員。感覺不知道是不是因為過節，人員不夠。 2️⃣房間地毯太陳舊，臟了。需要更換。 3️⃣廁所門很好看，表揚。但是缺少臟衣簍，以及用過的毛巾沒地方放。淋浴間缺少置物架，非常不方便。 4️⃣酒店節約成本是好事，但是一個房間衹給一個浴缸套，還是小氣了，如果兩個人都要泡澡，怎麼辦。一個浴缸套才多少錢。 5️⃣接內部電話的人員説話的方式還是需要改進，沒有被培訓過的感覺，有點不太情願接電話提供客房服務的感覺。 總之會訂錦江真的是希望老牌酒店龍頭越來越好。一定要改進，否則會被其他新酒店超越。 最後:希望錦江股票重回高位，許願！

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

設施：設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，還有洗衣服 衞生：基本上頭一天晚上使用的浴巾洗漱用品，第二天中午就已經都換新了，垃圾桶桌面，包括被子枕頭也都收拾的乾乾淨淨，不影響日常使用 環境：環境優美，房間無異味，大床房有大窗户可以俯瞰風景 服務：前台小姐姐不僅好看，人也很好，晚上11點辦理的入住，不到5分鐘就辦理好了，給小姐姐點贊！
