Was fine, but a bit out of the way, even cab drivers said as much. The family running this homestay were nice and attentive, and were more than happy to drive you out to nearest bus stop every day. If you want to stay in a traditional cave dwelling/yaodong, this is a good choice. I will say that I had a bit of an allergic reaction there to the bedding though, so if you have sensitive skin, it may not be the best. It was very clean though and well furnished, and was very pretty on the interior. I do think on the whole it added to my sense of what it was like to live in Yan’an and a greater feeling of experiencing history rather than just reading about it.

環境：是真正的窯洞，因為在村子裏，路程就稍顯質樸，店家提前有打電話提醒，心裏有準備之後就更享受原生態的美 衞生：這個確實不能跟酒店比，畢竟出門即是黃土，山野有點兒灰啊，小蟲子啊很正常，潔癖友友慎重，選擇就莫挑 設施：店家搞得很不錯啦，該有的都有，看出來用心啦，智能控制，電視調架，新風…… 服務：大讚人狠話不多的老闆，條理清晰，執行力強。一句廢話沒有，言出必行，沒有二話。看慣了旅途中服務行業的噓寒問暖廢話連篇不解決實際問題的虛情假意的笑臉，這老闆真的是一股清流，祝老闆生意興隆，順風順水！

San Mao and Xiao Yan, a friendly and helpful husband and wife team, owners of the hotel, served as our tour guides. San Mao expertly led us to the most captivating sights, while Xiao Yan provided valuable insights and answered our queries. Their culinary skills shone through as we savored our meals at their restaurant. They also offered wild honey, a delightful treat that her father had discovered in a tree. The hotel’s prime location near the town entrance, ticketing counters, and tour coach embankment made it an ideal choice. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

Room basin is dirty with clogged water and other dirt when we checked in. 🤢 Bathroom sewage residual smell was strong. Other than that, the beds are comfortable. Room is large. Location is good because near many eateries and Wuyue shopping mall is 10minutes walk from hotel.

Excellent service, with free shuttle service to several Yan’an tourist sites and the airport/train station. Front desk was friendly and breakfast was memorable. Room was a little small and the toilet bowl was warmed, though it will also flush when you first sit on it, which was kinda weird. Laundry is provided, though some of the machines are kinda wonky, but the service makes up for it.

Absolute gem – we extended our stay! Entering Hanting Hotel Yichuan felt like tea, cake, and a blanket in winter. We loved it so much we stayed longer. Staff: Front desk team (young man + ladies) cater to every need with sweet smiles and genuine care. Young Bao was super helpful. Rooms: Impeccable, bed clean and comfy. Parking: In front and off-site across the street. Slow charging facilities Now for the REAL highlight – 绿园土菜馆 (Lüyuan Tuguan Restaurant): After nearly 250 days of traveling across China, this is one of the best local experiences we've had. It's a humble family-run spot where we met the whole family – including the most adorable little girl who made us feel like we'd always known each other. The food is honest and soul-warming: bold, unfiltered flavors that taste like being invited into someone's home. Every bite lingers. If you want authentic Yichuan local life on a plate, find this place. Highly, highly recommended. The breakfast joint around the corner serves a smooth melt-in -the- mouth savoury silken tofu 豆腐脑 and made to order 油条 绝对宝藏酒店 – 我们续住了！ 走进宜川汉庭酒店，就像在寒冬里捧着一杯热茶、吃着一块最喜欢的蛋糕、盖着一条柔软的毯子。我们太喜欢了，所以续住了。 服务： 前台的小伙子和所有姑娘们，总是带着最甜的微笑、真诚的关心和专业的态度，满足你的一切需求。小鲍也帮了大忙。 房间： 无可挑剔，床品干净舒适。 停车： 酒店门口和马路对面都有车位。 重头戏来了 – 绿园土菜馆： 在中国旅行了近250天，这是我们所经历过最棒的本地体验之一。这是一家朴实的家庭餐馆 – 我们见到了全家人，还有一个特别可爱的小女孩，感觉就像认识了很久一样。菜品实在又暖心：味道浓郁、不花哨，就像被邀请到家里吃饭一样。每一口都让人回味。如果你想在宜川体验最地道的本地生活，一定要找到这家店。强烈、强烈推荐。

延安zmax酒店真的超讚！地理位置絕佳，去哪兒都方便，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。前台小惠小姐姐又美又熱情服務特別好，辦理入住快得很，還會貼心介紹附近好玩的。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服得讓人躺下就不想起來，隔音效果也很好，晚上睡得超香。酒店配套的設施很齊全，健身房設備新，餐廳的早餐種類多味道棒，尤其是那個特色小吃，每次去都忍不住多吃幾口。服務更是沒話説，工作人員都超有耐心，有啥需求立馬響應。總之，在延安選這家酒店絕對不踩雷，下次來還住這兒！ 在這裏住的很滿意呢，很喜歡房間裏的投影儀，帶自助早餐很不錯，停車場也很方便，前台的小惠服務不錯，推薦入住~

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.
