The Hotel was very nice. Nice big rooms,great shower,nice staff and decent breakfast. The rooms could really do with a fridge,as they don't have a restaurant and if you bought a salad our sandwiches you had know where to keep them cool. Also, if 2 people staying in a room,more coffee and milk is required. You can ask reception for extra coffee and milk,but be better if they can at least give you 4 coffee instead of 2

Very clean and quiet room. amenities are ok: coffee maker, minibar, cups and electric kettle are practical. Would be great if it had a bottle of water and hair conditioner in bath.

I loved the location. Not a bad walk from the train station and heheh you are just at the edge of the good stuff- an old German restaurant next door, the Cathedral a block or 2 around the corner. The bar wasn’t as appealing as some as the other Motel Ones I’ve been too- a little more business feeling. But I’ve come to love the color and decor scheme of this chain. Always super quiet and serene.

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles sauber und komfortable Betten. Zimmer sind allerdings altmodisch und die Einrichtung entsprechend alt. Kommen trotzdem immer wieder gerne um ein oder zwei Nächte dort zu verbringen wenn wir die Familie besuchen

Had the worst night's sleep ever here. Didn't realise it was a hostel when booking it and was woken on Easter Sunday morning at 4am by loads of shouting teenagers and just as you drop off at 5am it starts again. We had an early train to catch out of Aachen, so this was really disruptive. Walls are paper thin too, the only upside was you couldn't hear anything outside through the windows! No tea or coffee in the room, just a basic room with shower and separate toilet area, no storage area for luggage either. There was a bar area in the reception. Be mindful that Trip.com does not have this place listed as a hostel.

A good, high-quality chain hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very pleasant. But after 10 p.m., the code to open the front door didn't work, and the phone didn't always answer (it was 4 day). On Saturday, 1 November 2025, about eight people gathered at the hotel door (meaning I wasn't the only one with this problem). I am sure the reception passed the problem on... and then... ignored it! Please fix the problem with the code not working! People want to sleep in the accommodation they booked... not walk around all night... Good luck!

J'ai passé une bonne nuit, arrivé aux environs de 19h00 et repartir à 6h00 du matin pour une autre destination toujours en Allemagne. Un peu déçu car le site Trip.com ne m'avait pas prévenu qu'il y avait une taxe de 5 euros et 10 euros pour le parking à payer sur place. Contrairement à Bouking.com ou Hôtel.com qui propose les hôtels de même classe ou type dans les environs avec parking gratuit. Sans geste commercial de votre part, prochainement je ne serai pas tenté de revenir chez-vous. Très cordialement
