PPengguna TetamuAn sich ein zauberhaftes Hotel, sauber, geräumig, komfortabel. Allerdings wennman das Zimmer direkt nebe/vor einem Kaffeevolautomaten auf dem Flur hat, sollte man besser auch sonntags zu den extremen Frhaufstehern zählen. Leider bin ich nur früh um 4:00, nach einer Veranstaltung erst zurück gekommen. Es hat keinen Spaß gemacht in unregelmässigen Abständen ab 7:00 Uhr morgens aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen zu werden, durch das Gefühl eines Kaffevollautamten auf dem Kopfkissen neben einen - also akustisch.
Und der Vorschlag der Auszubildenden am Empfang, dass sie da nichts für einen tun könnte zur Wiedergutmachung hat mich auch bei meiner müden, stundenlangen Heimfahrt nicht trösten können. Unverschämt fand ich, dass noch erwähnt wurde, dass ich ja nur ein Zimmer der unteren Preiskategorie gebucht hätte, bei den höherpreisigen Zimmern, wäre mein Zimmer ruhiger gewesen. Hätte ich geahnt, das 80€/Nacht ohne Frühstück mich nur mit Schlaf bis um 7:00 bemächtigen, hätte ich ich für ein anderes Etablissement entscheiden :-(

PPengguna TetamuThe whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant.

PPengguna Tetamu저녁 7시가 넘어가면 체크인이 안된다는 점에 대한 고지를 하루전날 받아서 도착한 당시에 크게 당황했습니다. 문은 안열리고 주차도 할 수 없고, 급하게 담당자와 연락해서 왓츠앱으로 도어 비밀번호를 받았습니다. 이렇게 당황해본적은 처음입니다. 일찍 도착할 수만 있으면 매우 좋은 숙소라 생각됩니다. 방도 크고 시설도 깨끗하고 테라스도 마음에 듭니다만, 늦게 도착하게 되는경우에는 상당히 비추합니다. 주차장도 정말 협소해서 본인 차가 아닌경우에 주차가 매우 어려울 것으로 생각됩니다.

PPengguna TetamuRundum zufrieden, ich habe zwar nicht das bestellt KingSize Bett bekommen, aber das war auch der einzige Formfehler ;-) das Frühstücksbuffet war das Highlight..... echt vielfältig und super lecker. Die Lage ist perfekt zentral, gut fußläufig zur Altstadt gelegen, Restaurants und Bars ringsherum. Wer einen großen SUV fährt muss sehr gut einparken können, das Parkhaus ist echt ne Herausforderung, ;-) Aber auch hier gibt es Parkhäuser in der näheren Umgebung.

PPengguna TetamuSehr freundliche Begrüßung. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Suite war mit einer Küchenzeile, zwei Induktionsfelder ausgestattet. Trotz belebter Umgebung im Wohngebiet ruhig. Schlafen bei gekippten Fenster war möglich.
Frühstück wird leider nicht angeboten. Da musste ich auf den Rewe bzw Bäcker - drei Minuten Fußweg - ausweichen

When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer.
It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location. Clean rooms. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, though should have checked this before booking. Parking expensive and difficult to find, so need clear instructions. TV remote didn’t work. Gave our room to someone else, which was frustrating having been travelling and on the move for 13 hours, but gave a parking refund due to the inconvenience whilst they sorted another room.
