PPengguna Tetamu看起來比較舊但是感覺維護的很好，材質也都不錯的，這個房型面積挺大的，居然有兩個浴室。不過所有枕頭都那麼高，反而睡不好，床也很軟，感覺是歐洲人喜歡的那種床品。建議酒店應該跟別人學習一下，枕頭要有兩高兩低，這樣適合不同的客户。酒店位置不錯，在市中心，所以我們去的時候已經沒有車位可以停了所以停了附近公共車位。服務人員還是比較熱情的，整體挺好的。

SSimon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed!
Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

The window in the room was blocked since the handle was removed, so we could not open the window for fresh air or emergency
The airconditioning was very poor. Even when leaving it on, it took hours before the temperature came down from 26 degrees to 23 degrees. This is too high for sleeping.

GGalina EfimovaI have a great stay! The location is fantastic — just a few steps from the Guggenheim Museum, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for.
However, there's one detail that could be clearer: the hotel advertises ”private parking,” but in reality, it's a public city parking lot located about 450 meters away. It costs €20 per day, and there is no parking directly at the hotel. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to know in advance.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent 4* hotel in the perfect location, 12 minutes walk from both Railway station and Intermodal Bus station. Big room, nice beds, all amenities like tv, aircon, kettle, frige and safe. Real bath and bidet in the bathroom. Looks little bit tired, but ok. The only problem was a plastic card room key with magnetic *****, which had been unmagnetized in my pocket several times with earphones case. Hotel has several bars/restoraunts, including one in the inner garden. And meeting areas for conferences.

PPengguna Tetamul'hotel est magnifique, bien placé et le personnel agréable, en revanche très bruyant. Nous avons entendu des clients rentrés à 1 h du matin et prendre une douche. Le lendemain, nous entendions parfaitement des conversations. Demander une chambre au calme pour profiter de ce bel hotel

PPengguna TetamuLoved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy.
The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated.
Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times.
Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break!
Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed one night in a shared mixed dorm. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in easy. Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.
