Stayed at the Portals Hills, for a 5 day break, we were part of a wedding party group. The location was great ! short walk will take you down to the some shops, Restaurants, or the beautiful, Portals further down the hill. The Hotel its self was just luxury, clean, the staff friendly and also on hand to accommodate, breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a good selection. The views stunning, Hotel pool area beautiful. Everything I expected in a boutique hotel. We will defiantly book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel besonders für Urlauber, die mit dem Auto anreisen, absolut empfehlen. Die Lage ist in dieser Hinsicht wirklich sehr praktisch: Das Hotel bietet eigene kostenpflichtige Parkplätze, auch wenn diese nur begrenzt verfügbar sind. Darüber hinaus gibt es in der näheren Umgebung gute Möglichkeiten, kostenlos zu parken – sofern man nicht zu spät am Abend zurückkommt. Ein echtes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels auf einer Klippe mit herrlichem Ausblick. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die schöne, nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse mit Pool, die zum Entspannen und Genießen einlädt. Auch die Umgebung ist ideal für einen Urlaub: Es gibt viele Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sodass man sich dort sehr gut erholen und die Zeit genießen kann. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem das hoteleigene Restaurant. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und ausgesprochen reichhaltig.

好喜歡房間直通一個小花園，天氣特別好，酒店公區也特別漂亮，好像大花園盡頭有個門可以直接到達海邊，有條路沿着海散步很悠閑

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

Prima hotel aan het strand. Wij hadden kamer in bijgebouw met balkon aan de zeezijde. Keurige kamer met mooie badkamer. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met heel veel keuze. Aan de strandzijde is prachtig maar geeft wel als nadeel dat er veel jongeren te horen zijn in de vroege morgen die hun stapavond afsluiten op het strand. Daar kan het hotel niets aan doen maar is wel handig om te weten. Zal alleen tijden hoogseizoen zijn vermoed ik. Zwembad wat klein maar heerlijk water. Gewoon meer dan prima hotel. Ohja: super service beneden bij de receptie. De dames spreken 5 talen en zijn niet te beroerd om iets te regelen.

My breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.
