It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well located. actually if you’re coming from the train station it’s very near the escalators that take you up about eight stories, saving you the stairs. that alone makes it perfect for me. It looks like it was just renovated, and had very good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well priced. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Приятным бонусом были соки, колбаса, молоко и булочки в холодильнике, а также кофе. Имеется стиральная машина, правда мы с женой ей не пользовались. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Есть камера хранения багажа. Рекомендую этот отель

DDavidOrtegaDesde el momento de nuestra llegada, el servicio fue atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, con habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y con una decoración muy bonita.
El hotel ofrece una ubicación ideal, a 10 minutos del centro de Toledo y con un parking justo en la puerta.

PPengguna TetamuEn recepción nos atendieron de diez personal muy amable, nos dieron habitación antes de las 15h. Solo por poner alguna pega falta de artículos de aseo como esponja para zapatos ,zapatillas de ducha o agua de cortesía o cafetera , he comprado que es más habitual en otros países

PPengguna TetamuWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.
