BBeth.BenWe had stayed here for two nights, I can't comment on the food/drink as we went out as most places were a short walk away. The location was very good with being a short walk to Glasgow Central train station and city centre.
Reception staff were friendly checking in, however the room we were given had not been cleaned... Went back to reception and they had apologised and changed our room with a slight upgrade.
This room was immaculate and all the amenities gave it that little bit extra luxurious touch; use of a cosy white robe, slippers, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I loved the sustainability efforts with their toiletries being plant based and vegan friendly! The bathroom had a rain shower with really good pressure and easily enough to control and a bathtub.
The only cons were there was a small towel rail in the bathroom which was a slight struggle to fit them on to dry.
The TV in the bedroom area did not work and we only found this out on our last night.
There was only one lift operating and the other one was out of service, so best to leave anywhere in plenty of time.

PPengguna TetamuMy stay with the ibis hotel was somewhat mixed with both positive and negative. On a positive, the accessible room that I had booked was of a good size and the main bedroom area was clean. The staff on arrival were helpful and provided me with all necessary information upon check in. Sadly, I was disappointed when ordering from the hotel resturant. My son wanted a pizza and the menu provided a list of three types. When ordering, I was told that there was only one type which wasn’t listed on the menu. I found the food to be of substandard which is disappointing given the price. Equally on check out, I advised that the bathroom had a build up of dirt and hair around the shower tray. I was told “apologises, this is a housekeeping issue”. I voiced my disappointment regarding the food to just be told “sorry”. Lastly I expressed my disappointment that I was charged £12.99 per person for a breakfast buffet. I felt this was a bit steep considering my under 5 ate half a croissant. The front desk only advised that usually they did not charge for under 5’s and would need to take this up with the app I booked to is stay through. No solution or refund were offered.

KKazzam76Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and car parking just down the road was no trouble for us at all. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was delicious and we would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuLocation ideal as we were at OVO , restaurant food was delicious, comfy bed and free bottles of water. But our room was on first floor next to road, windows made no difference it actually felt like the bed was in the middle of the road, so noisy, certainly did not need late check out, I was awake from 5am 😡

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel has a great location and the staff are very patient, especially Denis at the front desk. The rooms have heating, which helps to keep you warm in winter. The breakfast restaurant was crowded, but the food was replenished quickly and tasted good. Overall, I would consider staying here again if I come to Glasgow next time.

PPengguna TetamuSpotlessly clean with everything provided for a comfortable stay. A bit away from the centre which meant it was quiet but quite a walk to the centre. Would certainly stay again. Breakfast Saturday was really good, piping hot with plenty of choice. Sunday morning Breakfast was nearly cold and bacon and sausage dry and over cooked. Same time so no excuse. We did let them know at the time

Cheeky & calculated move so watch out for this. Also they are impossible to get hold of 👎🏻
