PPengguna TetamuPerfect location for a sightseeing trip to York, with car parking. The hotel was gorgeous, beautiful room (we had blenheim suite), huge copper bath in the bedroom (bring your own bubble bath!), super comfy bed, beautifully decorated room. Reception staff lovely and very knowledgeable of local area. Lovely bar too with friendly staff, a range of boardgames available which was fun. Breakfast room had a great Churchill theme ( brilliant top/bowler hat lighting). Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a really lovely stay.

PPengguna TetamuI mean a very standard hotel with standard amenities. Nothing is so wow in terms of service and the hotel itself. They need to clean the aircon by the way...clogged with poor air ventilation and noises. Also some foot prints on the wall. Regular maintenance is definitely required.

PPengguna TetamuRoomzzz strikes a nice balance between practicality and personality. Small touches throughout the property, from the playful messages on the room doors to the thoughtful room design, give it far more character than a typical aparthotel.
The room itself was spacious, well equipped and exceptionally comfortable. The bed, climate control and shower all stood out, particularly on one of the warmer days of the year. Having a kitchenette, iron and other essentials readily available made the stay effortless, while the underground parking was convenient and secure. The location was also pleasantly quiet, offering a welcome escape from the busier parts of the city.
The main opportunity for improvement is around flexibility. Charging for both parking and early check-in felt a little disappointing, especially when the room was already available. A small gesture in these situations can leave a lasting impression and elevate the guest experience.
That aside, the friendly team, comfortable rooms and attention to detail make Roomzzz a place I'd gladly return to.

PPengguna TetamuWe had an excellent stay at Mercure York Fairfield Hall. Without exception the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful whilst at the same time understated. The breakfast represented excellent value with good choice and nicely prepared and presented. We had the opportunity to upgrade our room which we did, having the Honeymoon Suite as a consequence made our stay very pleasurable and comfortable. Accommodation is good but the decor in places a bit tired. Location wise it is excellent being a short distance from the Park and Ride which makes getting into York so easy and cheap.
Our only gripe is that there is nog a EV charge point in site though there are sondd ed at the nearby retail park.
All in all an excellent place to stay for a trip to York. We would be happy to return.

PPengguna Tetamu由於酒店身處哥爾夫球場之中，四周環境十分清幽、寧靜、舒適，景色亦十分美。只是它距離市區較遙遠，距離約克舊城區，有接近30分鐘車程，若不是自駕遊，就不太適合選這裏作為住宿地點，但若有自駕車，這是非常不錯的選擇，因為泊車是免費的。
酒店之中有兩家餐廳食物不錯，但價格非常高，且份量不多，是典型的fine dining，若然大家不想花費太多在食方面，在進入酒店前，最好在城區先進餐。

PPengguna TetamuI've stayed at this hotel before and I will definitely be staying again. The location is ideal for me with easy access to the city centre either by walking, bus, or taxi. The rooms have always been very clean and a good size too. The buffet style breakfast is always superb and leisure facilities give you a chance to unwind in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room.
The staff have always been pleasant, friendly, and polite.

PPengguna TetamuGot there on Saturday and checked in early. The hotel is located about 5 mins from town. Everything touristy is literally there. Receptionist was very friendly. Lift worked a treat and the staff around the hotel were polite and welcoming. The breakfast was great and the fa t that you choose what time slot you want makes the whole process efficient. We had the room on the 3rd floor and had a hatch in the roof which had a great view of the river and surrounding area. Area is brimming with shops and eateries you won’t have any problem with a range of cuisines. The hotel has a bar and does serve food daily menu - was tempted but unfortunately we went out every night for Dinner. Highly recommending this hotel.

YYezi一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

Unfortunately, the toilet is quite unclean with bugs and used paper stuffed in new ones, bin was uncleaned too. We might never book another Radisson anymore.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton York for a short visit and, while the location was reasonably convenient, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a Hilton-branded hotel.
I was upgraded to a room located across the car park from the main building, accessed via stairs and without central heating. Instead, the room relied on standing portable heaters, which wasn’t ideal — especially given the wet weather and the need to walk outside to reach the room. The room itself felt quite tired and dated, with noticeably creaky floorboards both inside the room and from neighbouring rooms, which made it hard to fully relax.
The location is decent enough, but if you’re travelling by public transport there are better areas of York to stay in that offer easier access and a nicer overall setting.
I didn’t try the breakfast, as there are plenty of good local options nearby, which I enjoyed instead, so I don’t feel I missed out. One small disappointment was that coffee wasn’t available outside of breakfast hours.
Overall, with so many good accommodation options in York, I’m not likely to stay here again.
