Hotel Batam dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Memandangkan ia adalah hotel baru, biliknya sangat bersih dan selesa. Satu perkara yang mengganggu saya ialah tingkap bilik mandi dengan tab mandi tidak boleh dibuka, jadi terdapat bau berkulat yang tidak menyenangkan (saya membuka tingkap di bilik lain pada siang hari untuk mengudarakan bilik). Selain daripada itu, ia adalah penginapan yang sangat selesa. Kakitangan sangat sopan dan tidak ada masalah dengan perkhidmatan, dan sarapan pagi sangat baik, dengan pelbagai pilihan dari makanan tempatan hingga barat!

Kakitangan hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik. Persekitarannya bagus dan bersih. Berhampiran terminal pusat Batam. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik disediakan pada waktu tertentu. Sarapan pagi di hotel bagus dan kakitangan juga akan bertanya tentang komen tetamu untuk penambahbaikan. Perkhidmatan yang mengagumkan! Kemudahan hotel termasuk bilik gimnasium dan kolam renang. Kolam renang yang diselenggara dengan baik, bersih dan menyeronokkan. Airnya tidak mempunyai bau klorin yang kuat dan tiada mendapan di kolam renang. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman lima bintang! Teruskan.

Impeccably clean. Outstanding service from Ixxora on front desk. All staff keen to please and professional. They actually seem genuinely happy to be there and to welcome you. As of June 2026, MAXONE Batam offers simply the cleanest and most well maintained rooms in the whole of Kepulauan Riau. No question. The only hotel able to compete with the obsessive cleanliness is their next door neighbour 4 star property adjacent! There are new 5 star hotels on the island where the level of maintenance does not meet the standards set by MAXONE Batam. Highly recommended for leisure travellers who DON'T require pool, gym or breakfast included in the price. What you will get is a sense of luxury and commitment to quality and service excellence. Not recommended for longer stays and business travellers due to poor WiFi stability and shortage of work space / work surfaces in the rooms, that are small and a tight squeeze by Indonesia standards.

Hotel yang sangat bagus, luas & bersih, kakitangan yang membantu. Sarapan paginya sedap, & kami sangat menikmatinya. Hotel ini terletak berhampiran kawasan bandar, & sangat mudah untuk bersiar-siar dengan Grab. Kelemahannya adalah kalis bunyi, terutamanya bilik kami di sebelah jalan besar. Agak menjengkelkan dengan bunyi motosikal, & tidak boleh tidur lena. Bagi mereka yang sensitif kepada bunyi, boleh b boleh meminta tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Pasti akan kembali lagi lain kali. Had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Panbil Batam. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the busy city area. The room was spacious, modern, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities, especially the infinity pool and gym, were well maintained.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence as a family and it was our second visit, something that already says a lot about our confidence in this property. Once again, the experience did not disappoint. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy Batam without any hassle. The breakfast spread was truly impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered well to both adults and children. What stood out the most was the consistency in service. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a hotel where the standards remain just as high on a return visit, but Aston Batam Hotel & Residence has clearly maintained its quality without any drop. Overall, it was another wonderful family stay, and we would gladly return again in the future. We will definitely be heading back to stay there again when we visit Batam next for our short getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay in Batam.

The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.
