Cari Hotel 4-Star di Batam

Memandangkan ia adalah hotel baru, biliknya sangat bersih dan selesa. Satu perkara yang mengganggu saya ialah tingkap bilik mandi dengan tab mandi tidak boleh dibuka, jadi terdapat bau berkulat yang tidak menyenangkan (saya membuka tingkap di bilik lain pada siang hari untuk mengudarakan bilik). Selain daripada itu, ia adalah penginapan yang sangat selesa. Kakitangan sangat sopan dan tidak ada masalah dengan perkhidmatan, dan sarapan pagi sangat baik, dengan pelbagai pilihan dari makanan tempatan hingga barat!

Stayed at Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment during my family trip to Batam, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This place is suitable for travelers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment instead of staying right in the busy city center. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

Kakitangan sangat mesra. Mereka memberi kami bilik bersambung walaupun kami hanya menempah bilik biasa. Hotel ini agak lama, dan beberapa kemudahan sudah usang. Tetapi secara keseluruhan masih bagus untuk titik harga ini. Lokasi juga bagus. Berjalan terus keluar dan anda boleh menemui banyak restoran.

5minit berjalan kaki ke Jambatan Barelang, tempat terbaik untuk dilihat di Batam. Semua kakitangan berbudi bahasa. Terutama Jeky yang menjemput kami dari terminal feri Batam ke hotel dan sentiasa memberikan perkhidmatan yang terbaik kepada tetamu. Bilik-bilik adalah luas dengan pemandangan laut yang indah. Kemudahan sangat bagus untuk keluarga dan juga untuk pasangan yang menginap. Restoran makanan laut yang berdekatan adalah berpatutan. Mereka mendapat kereta golf untuk digunakan untuk transpo di sekitar resort. Bufet sarapan pagi hebat dengan banyak pilihan. Secara keseluruhan pasti akan menempah semula tidak lama lagi dengan seluruh kumpulan.

This was the best place nearby to SGP to enjoy a Getaway without too heavy pricetag. Best Value for money, Great staff from housekeeping, to spa, to recep & waitering team. Friendly & helpful, the rooms were clean & good sized, well ammenitized, good facilities and generous breakfast spread. No pesty insects, but breezy rooms to enjoy fuss-free vacay definitely will return to stay again.

Terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan perkhidmatannya bagus..Saya mempunyai pengalaman yang baik untuk kali pertama saya melawat Batam Indonesia. Sambutan yang sangat manis dan baik terutamanya Derwina (kalau tidak silap nama) dan lelaki yang bekerja syif malam pada 27 Disember saya terlupa untuk bertanya nama. Sarapan juga bagus mereka mempunyai memasak secara langsung. Lokasi berhampiran dengan feri terminal pelabuhan teluk kurang daripada 10 minit dengan kereta. Saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel untuk mereka yang ingin melawat Batam.

Is very best hotel for stay But the security guard is not friendly he treat me like **** because I use motorcycle go there whit my husband actually I'm borrowing my friend motorbike coz I want to have fun use motorcycle at Indonesia there I feel bored using car please tell to the security to treat everyone thank you

Berikut ialah ulasan saya untuk turi beach resort, sebagai pengembara solo pertama saya. Penduduk tempatan bagus, lokasinya juga bagus. Dengan minuman selamat datang sebaik sahaja anda mendaftar masuk hotel (yang saya tidak minum kerana saya sibuk mendaftar masuk tetapi kelihatan lazat 🤤). Ia bagus untuk berehat, untuk merehatkan kesihatan mental anda. Kakitangan memberi saya bilik yang bagus yang membuatkan saya lebih dihargai. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya tidak okay ialah tiada losyen di dalam bilik yang membuatkan saya sedikit sedih kerana saya menjangkakan untuk memilikinya. Tetapi pengalaman keseluruhannya bagus. Saya suka tempat itu dan kakitangannya ramah. Saya juga suka matahari terbenam dan matahari terbit. Terutama di restoran bar pulau. Saya pasti akan kembali ke sana

Booked the escape room which comes with Wellness body massage. This was previously Swiss Bel-inn hotel. I spent most of my time at Eska Spa there. It is about 5 mins ride to Nagoya Hill hotel. Breakfast was included in my package, and it is sufficient for a night stay. But I was utterly disappointed at the front desk service and the room. While I arrived early (around 12 plus), they said to come back after 2pm and not suggesting anything else on what to do during the wait. I am working in hotel line for over a decade, and honestly, I wished the girls had done better. I had to ask where the spa was, and after confused while, I managed to find it. The lift was being fixed when I arrived, and glass sliding door to the staircase was not working. I had reached out to the spa team the day before, as instructed in this channel, to book a slot. But they also did not get back to me, and was debating on whether the inclusion was correct or not. After about 10 minutes of waiting while the spa girls checked with Front desk, I said I had intended to buy 6-in-1 package. Only then I was given much attention (I was the only guest in the spa, by the way). And they then realised I was also a member. Things got better at the spa, but for the room, it was smelt of cigarettes. I could not stand the strong smell and the poor bell hop tried to spray the room with Glade, but it did not help. He brought an air purifier after I mentioned it, and then I decided to leave the room to Nagoya mall. Upon my return, the smell was much better, though the cigarettes smell is found on the pillows. There is a nice cafe and swimming pool, but I did not get to utilise them. Also, apparently there's two wings, and both wings have the same room numbers. I was given the old wing at the corner and I can hear the doors of my neighbours opening and closing. On my last day, there was a manager going around while we are having breakfast and he surprised me as I was eating when he approached. He greeted others as well as he went on his rounds at the restaurant. A good presentation. Anyway, for a night stay, it is sufficient because you don't have to leave the property if you intend to spend a whole spa day there.

Saya dan suami baru-baru ini menikmati penginapan 2 hari 1 malam di hotel dan ia adalah pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Bufet sarapan pagi sangat mengagumkan, menawarkan pelbagai pilihan untuk memenuhi semua citarasa. Kami juga menyukai kolam renang yang bagus, yang sesuai untuk berenang santai. Sambungan WiFi adalah kuat dan boleh dipercayai, menjadikannya mudah untuk terus berhubung. Kakitangannya sopan dan penuh perhatian, menambah pengalaman positif secara keseluruhan. Walaupun tidak banyak aktiviti untuk dilakukan di sekitar kawasan itu, malam yang tenang menjadikan penginapan yang tenang. Secara keseluruhan, kami mempunyai penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan di Hotel dan akan mengesyorkannya untuk percutian yang santai.
