PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here as our main hotel while travelling to other cities, and it was such a great choice. The hotel is really close to the train station, which made everything so convenient for our family.
From the outside and entrance, it may not look very special at first, but once you walk inside, the atmosphere feels warm, cosy, and welcoming. The staff were all very kind and friendly, and they made us feel comfortable during our stay.
The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent especially the shower with strong water pressure, which we really loved after a long day of travelling. The TV was big, and there was also a fridge in the room, which was very useful.
Breakfast was not huge, but there was still plenty of choice and enough to enjoy a full meal every morning.
Everything about this hotel felt perfect for us. We all really liked this hotel very much, and if possible, I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

房間比較大，本來給我一個雙床房，後來我要求換了大床房。雖然麪大馬路，很安靜。服務很好。
沒有免費水，周邊沒有超市，我在一個快餐廳買的水。
早餐算比較豐富的，品種比較多，開放時間長。我7點去的時候就開放了。吃完早餐去走了聖Luca的朝聖之路，然後博洛尼老城逛了下。非常美麗的城市。

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like two complimentary water bottles and essential amenities provided. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Hhiro-ikeVery nice cozy hotel. We’ve always stayed at Star Hotel group for last 30 yrs or so. THis time it was full, so wanted to the hotel near the Central station and found this hotel. People were nice, room was a bit far from Front desk and room small and only shower,,,,but, it was good for the money . I would stay there again on may nest trip , end of February,this year. And want to see nice metro street!

PPengguna TetamuThe hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket.
Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds.
The bathrooms didn’t have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed.
There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation.
At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff at the Hotel are ver nice and kind.
The breakfast was good and it had different choices to pick from.
Although everything was very clean and neat, the hotel had its last renovation probably in the 2000’s, and you can tell. The lobby is very sad and it gives you a weird vibe.
The wallpaper on our room was loose, and the celling our bathroom was breaking. We also noticed a towel blocking some of the cold getting in in one of the emergency doors, instead of fixing it. Although we had a minibar in our from, the door was missing (on the furniture part, not the actual fridge) , the curtains and over all decoration felt VERY DATED. It has a good woodwork, it just needs an urgent upgrade!
