Hotel Kumamoto dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

The location is great, especially if you have another trip coming up, my bus to Takachiho was leaving from a bus stop a few minutes away. A part from that it is a good business hotel fitting all my expectations in that respect.

Stayed here during Golden Week. Got a really good price compared to other hotels in town area. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved that the hotel was chock full of amenities including open bar from 3-11pm, coffee in the morning, in house bath etc. Overall very good.👍

The staffs are very helpful and polite. There is free drinks every night from 7pm to 9 pm. Including sake and wine which is rare. Free hot bath for family but must book . Basically this is a good hotel , worth for the money

The hotel’s location is quite central, about 10 minutes to the castle. However I found the overall area to be quite rowdy and unruly during the time I stayed. You do need to walk a bit from the nearest public transportation. The breakfast had a good spread but overall too salty and a bit subpar. We do need to talk about the checkout time, which coincides with the end of breakfast. How can a person finish breakfast and checkout at the same time? This is definitely something unusual.

Loved our stay at this hotel. The beds were a good size and comfortable, and the kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed. The room also had a washing machine with a bathroom drying function, which was really convenient. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and paid parking was available just next to the hotel. There’s also a convenience store right across the street within walking distance. Despite our room being located near the lift, it was surprisingly quiet and we had a good rest throughout our stay.

Superb location! The room and bathroom are massive—way bigger than your typical business hotel. Breakfast was solid, and I got a lucky room with a view of Kumamoto Castle! Just a heads-up though: if you’re driving, it’s a hassle. You have to park in a separate building a block away.

This hotel located near the river, good for a nice morning walk, a gift was provided for the little one, sweet service!

The stay was very comfortable and everything was great. The room was clean and convenient for a solo traveler like myself and I got some good rest. It was easy to access with trams passing in front of the hotel. I would stay again when visiting Kumamoto!

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Sleeping pods are very comfortable and spacious. Though there are some issues in the booking but the front desk lady sorted that out quickly. Very helpful.

水風呂にお水がたまっておらず入れなかった残念でしたが、温泉が広くてとても素敵な温泉でした。露天風呂は温めですが、長く入っていられるので私的には良かったです。朝風呂6時に入れたので嬉しかったです！お部屋も広くて荷物の整理ができました！当日の予約で、たまたま見つけたところでしたが、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。
