Absence de parking dans l’hôtel . Les parkings situés en face sont hors de prix, mais la réception a des accords avec un partenaire situé un peu plus loin pour 1200 yens les 24 heures. A négocier avant séjour ou sur place. Je remercie les 2 personnes qui ont essayé de résoudre une demande de réservation de ferry, que je ne pouvais effectuer seul sur deux websites complètement en japonais.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, sangat dekat dengan terminal trem dan bas. Terdapat juga banyak tempat makan di sekitar. Terdapat pasar raya perniagaan hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari hotel, tepat di seberang terminal bas. Barang di dalamnya sangat murah. Minuman hampir separuh daripada harga sebuah kedai serbaneka. Tempat tidur di hotel sangat besar, dianggarkan 1.8 meter. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kenderaan. Kami meletak kenderaan selama 1 malam dan hanya membayar 1,000 yen. Untuk sarapan, kerana wabak, bilik dengan sarapan telah ditempah, tetapi ketika saya tiba di hotel, saya diberitahu bahawa ia dibatalkan buat *****tara waktu kerana wabak itu. Oleh itu, setiap orang mengembalikan yuran sarapan sebanyak 880 yen sehari. Sudah tentu, tidak ada cara untuk menangani wabak ini. memahami. Secara keseluruhan, dengan harga yang begitu murah, nisbah harga / prestasi cukup baik.

数回利用させていただいています。昔からあるホテルでやや古さは感じますが、清潔で落ち着いて過ごせるホテルです。朝のバイキングは10Fのレストランなので朝日を浴びた熊本城が目の前に見えます。バイキングも変わらず美味しかったです。「熊本ラーメン」があり、最終日に朝ラーをしてしまいました。 お部屋の広さ、ベッドの硬さも満足ですが、お部屋の明かりが少ないので、スタンドライトがもう一つ欲しいことと、バスルームの蛇口が温度設定ができるタイプだとありがたいかな。ということで星4つのしました。 落ち着いた感じで快適な時間を過ごせたので満足です

Very convenient location right opposite to the main bus station where there is a big shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. The hotel is also 15 minutes walk away from the main tourist spot Castle 熊本城. 非常樂於助人且友善的前台工作人員始終面帶微笑。屋頂的溫泉很棒，尤其是室外池。我喜歡他們晚上 9:30 後供應的拉麵，這是享受溫泉後的好時機。如果你在日本住過足夠多的飯店的話，房間大小還算合理。清潔和整潔令人印象深刻。早餐很好，但喜歡看到更多西式選擇。總的來說，我喜歡這家酒店並且會更願意再次住在那裡。

古いですが客室の壁は大部分が張り替えられていて見た目は悪くないです。 立地はアーケードまで30秒なのでかなり良し。 部屋はツインでゆったり広々していました。 部屋の椅子ですが、これが良い革の素材で良い印象を受けました。 景色ですが、低層ではありながら、ちょっと木がならぶ道に風情を感じました。 2Fフロントですがバスアメニティでポーラの化粧水や乳液があるのも良かった。

We chose this hotel due to its view and location to Kumamoto castle. This was a nice hotel and the view from our room was perfect. We paid a little more for the breakfast since there were no close places to eat. They had covid protocols still but the food was delicious and we decided to stay 2 nights. For the price and view it was well worth it. We took a short taxi ride from JR Kumamoto to get there. Very pleasant staff and we would return someday!

We took Highway Bus (2.5hr) from Fukuoka Airport to Kumamoto Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. Koko Hotel is directly connected to the bus terminal. Hotel was opened in June 2022 and there were now clear signages to Koko Hotel as we alighted from the bus. We took escalator to the 2F and take the lift to the 14F where the Hotel lobby is. From the lobby, we get a clear view of Kumamoto Castle. Our Superior Twin Room is very spacious and comfortable. We paid Y32,310 for 2 nights. It is 10 mins walk to the Castle, and 10 mins taxi ride to Kumamoto Station. Amu Plaza next to Kumamoto Station has plenty of eateries. Sakuramachi has Family Mart, restaurants and shops.

The hotel's location was the main reason why we booked the place. It was close to both Kumamon Square and Kumamotojo, the 2 things we wanted to do in Kumamoto. However, note that even though it's right next to Kumamotojo, it still takes a 15~20minute walk to the entrance because it's on the other side of the castle keep during it's repairs. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, standard level of service in Japan is just one step above every other country. The staff did valet parking for me without extra charge, and was quite helpful in helping us to get to different attractions and restaurants. Overall, the hotel is very dated and the rooms are in dire need of a full renovation. I think that is why the rates were quite reasonable. For a hotel this caliber (probably 5 stars when it was first built), we only paid around 10,000 yen per night. The issue is the rooms are really old and the carpet looks dirty and ripped. parts of the washrooms were so old the faucet looked like it's from the early 90s and with small amounts of molds in the creases. Because the hotel is old, the ventilation isn't the greatest either. One of our rooms although was non-smoking, we could smell other room's cigarette smell in our room. Overall, I don't really recommend this hotel because it's really dated, but if you are on a budget and want close amenity it's worth a shot. The staff are nice too so I feel bad for not recommending the hotel, but at the end of the day, there are just better options in Kumamoto today.

For its price and location. It''s an unbeatable choice. When I choice a business hotel, location and price are the key. I just need a place to shower and sleep. This hotel is located within a short walking distance from the Kumamoto station. From the JR bstation exit it is on the left, just beside the Bic Camera store next. There is also a streetcar/tram stop so near the hotel which you can use to explore the city touristy spots! Shopping is convenient as the Kumamoto AMU Plaza (see another Review) is 5-mins walk away. The lobby is quite spacious and I quite like the intimate setting and lighting. Check-in was fast and 3 lifts serve well with travellers + luggages. The room design is quite standard and we have requested for x2 single bed, the room size is respectable. Noted that they're still using the physical hard key and not the keycard type. Hottel provided some amenities and complimentary bottled water in the room, sufficient for us . The Hotel is very into Going Green, there will be no housekeeping within first 3-days unless requested upon. This may likely be the model moving forward, to cut wastages. We had our breakfast at the nearby Pronto. The Kitaoka Shrine is just about 400 metres nearby, opposite direction of JR station so we recommend to drop by if time permits. A good stay experience. J

初めて経験した　宿泊してる方の朝食が足りなかった。 支店長には直接連絡して相当文句を言った。 隣の家族連れはお子様のご飯がなく、可愛いそーでした。また、外人の方はそもそもの意味が分かってないのでパンの残りと納得を食べていた。白米及び*料理が無くて非常に残念である。 食材が無い理由→新人でしたとの返答 お客様はベテラン　新人は関係ないですよ。 お金払って来てるのだから、ミスが発生したら少しでも返金をするべきと思う。 サービスということは通用しないですよ。 次回、宿泊した際には期待しています。
