PPengguna TetamuThis is Dormy Inn Premium so definitely different from the usual Dormy Inn. Service was excellent, very digital with self check in. The room was very spacious by Japanese standard. Room was clean. Though the pillow was not the best, but very typical Japanese standard. Many people commented about the free Ramen supper. The onsen was great but the relaxation lounge was real tiny so only 5 guests could lingee there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick Dormy again if it is their premium hotels.

DDellIt was not entirely clear at time of booking whether I would be assigned a dorm bed and arrived prepared to be so assigned. I believe the situation is the dorm is reserved for group reservations so you normally be assigned a private room with shared bathroom. This made the room a great value and a memorable stay.

CCarisRA special place to enjoy views of the frozen Akan Lake in a luxurious and warm space.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a fantastic view.
The dinner and breakfast buffets were definitely a highlight and very varied. One of our party is vegetarian and there were loads of options for them.
You also get access to the neighbouring hotels’ onsens and is definitely worth the experience.

Biliknya sangat kecil, yang merupakan masalah biasa di hotel Jepun.
Sarapan pagi ok dan percuma, jadi tiada syarat untuknya.
Terdapat kolam mandi yang ringkas, yang agak kecil dan boleh memuatkan 3-4 orang jika penuh Ruang pertukaran dan penyimpanan agak mudah. Tempat mandi lelaki dan wanita berkongsi kolam, dan masa mandi wanita hanya sehingga jam 21:00 malam.
Terdapat ruang bar layan diri di restoran Walaupun ianya ringkas, ia tetap merupakan pengalaman yang menyeronokkan.
Hidangkan:
Sikapnya cukup baik, cukup memuaskan bagi Jepun.
Selepas mengesahkan bahawa tetamu menginap di rumahnya buat kali pertama, dia akan memberitahu anda tentang beberapa langkah berjaga-jaga (seperti kata laluan mata air panas, masa mata air panas, kata laluan bilik, waktu sarapan, dll.)

Ia hanya 3 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen JR.
Perkara yang paling penting ialah terdapat perhentian bas di tingkat bawah, yang sangat memudahkan mereka yang bercadang untuk menaiki bas persiaran sehari Akan Matsuo (hentian 15). Atas sebab ini, masih disyorkan untuk tinggal di sini.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a lovely stay at Hotel Gozensui in Lake Akan. The location is fantastic — the frozen lake and all the winter activities are just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and even though English wasn’t widely spoken, they really tried their best to assist with anything we needed. Our room faced the lake and the view was beautiful, especially at night when we could watch the fireworks right from the room. A very memorable stay in Lake Akan.

MManiahkbooked run of house and were given lake view rooms upon check in. ymmv as we visited during early nov which is generally off-season. rooftop bath was ok, probably more of a novelty for couples to go onsen together, but still a good experience. breakfast quality is passable, but it makes up with a fairly large selection. its not an expensive ryokan anyway so no complaints. bed was soft, but i slept ok.

PPengguna Tetamu5月に初めて利用させていただきました。
駐車場も広く、大浴場もいい感じだったので今回は迷わず予約しました。駅まで歩いてすぐの距離なのでホームにある湿原の鐘、綺麗な夕日も見れました。
朝食は広々としていてガラス越しに朝日も入り、1日の始まりには良いですね。スタッフさんも感じの良い方ばかりで是非また行きたいと思ってます。
部屋からの眺めも良かったです。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is ”outside” . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!
