About me:
I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip.

👍 What I liked:
• Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
• Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for.
• View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset.
• Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim.
• Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming.
• Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.

👎 What could be improved:
• Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed.
• Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff.
• Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask.
• Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience.
• Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook.
• Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient.
• No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight.
• Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

PPengguna Tetamu初めて、リッツカールトン沖縄に滞在しました。
クリスマス前なのもあり、エントランス入ると大きなツリーがありとっても素敵でした。
リッツカールトンの好きなところは、大きいホテルなのにも関わらずのんびりと静かに過ごせるところです。
お部屋も広くて本当にゆっくりと時間を過ごせました。
少し気になった点はシャワールームが少し匂う気がしました。

PPengguna Tetamu一進到房子裡就能聞到淡淡的木頭香氣，整體環境非常乾淨，讓人感覺很舒服。室內空間相當寬敞，總共有 4 間房間，最多可入住 8 人，很適合家庭或多人同行入住。廚房的設計也很不錯，空間大且使用方便，再加上附近有超市可以採買食材，非常適合一家人一起下廚。衛浴配置也很貼心，樓上樓下都有浴室，能大幅減少大家輪流洗澡的不便。另外還有洗衣機與烘衣機可以使用，對於連續住宿的旅客來說非常方便。地點上雖然比較偏郊區一些，但也因此環境安靜清幽；如果喜歡清靜、放鬆住宿氛圍的旅客，這裡會是很棒的選擇。整體而言，是一間非常優秀的一戶建住宿。

SStanley TeaOne of the best hotel I ever stayed so far.
The staff was very patience and helpful! I love how the staff there attend to their guests. I feels welcome and I really love how the resorts are designed. By the way, their chinese food “Dragon Palace” was super delicious and price are reasonable.
Will definitely recommend to my friends/ family who are travelling to Okinawa.

But the room is super spacious and felt just like a home! Look at my pictures! The bathroom is amazingly spacious 😁 during my check in, I’ve no issue with the noises, hassle free check in and out, free parking.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s an uncomfortable stay. First thing first, the room stink and smells moldy. The toilet fills with the scent from the drain. Most of all, the safety lock of the entrance is broken and no one can fix it. Left me feeling unsafe during bedtime. Asked for a change of room but got rejected. The only good thing is that the receptionist came up to offer help to catch a huge moth in the room. Will not consider to stay over anymore.

FFCNgIt is an apartment-style accommodation (or home-stay) with no formal check-in counter or crew. For those non-Japanese without phone access, it is deemed inconvenient or difficult because calling local number for check-in is required. However the house-keeper was sharp enough to spot us struggling in front of the door via CCTV, he then walked from the building and performed check-in for us. Location is not great, adjacent to a cemetery & with only one 7-11 convenience store accessible on foot (no others shops around).Car parking available free.
