TTrisoOne of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

PPengguna TetamuJust a minute from the subway and convenient to go to any attractions in Haeundae. However, it takes plenty of time to get a lift up or down as too many hotel guests share in the same building. As such, it is not easy to get in the lift particularly during the peak hours. The hotel room size is average but the blanket is a bit hot to cover. We were staying 2 nights there, the 1st night is so far so good. However the 2nd night is a nightmare and we could not slept for the entire night. As the stove ventilation pipe has ”tart tart” sound continously since 23:05 till more than an hour. We have not used it before but the sound came out suddenly. However, the receptionist desk closed since 23:00 so we have no way to voice out our condition. Honestly, we will not put it in our list in the future.

PPengguna TetamuIt's a lovely hotel a bit hidden away in the port. It has a lovely rooftop terrace, accessible for everyone! And is also not too far away from Songdo beach and the cable cars station. The breakfast is super basic but for this price you expect world class meals. Overall a very pleasant stay

Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 5 minit untuk sampai ke sana dengan pergi terus dari Exit 11 Stesen Centum City. Dalam perjalanan ada Oriyang, Starbucks, kedai serbaneka, dan di sebelah stesen ada Shinsegae Department Store dan LOTTE Department Store, jadi tiada masalah untuk membeli-belah. Lobi terletak di tingkat satu, dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah sama dengan Travelodge. Saya tiba awal, tetapi saya dapat masuk ke dalam bilik saya dengan segera, dan memandangkan hari itu adalah hari bekerja, saya telah dinaik taraf kepada bilik pemandangan laut di tingkat tinggi. Bilik itu luas, dan pemandangannya menakjubkan. Saya mahu tinggal lagi hanya untuk melihat pemandangan ini! Peti sejuk adalah bersaiz keluarga, dan kemudahannya dilengkapi dengan dapur mini, mesin basuh, TV pintar dan mesin basuh. Cermin di sinki sangat bagus! Ia terang dan besar, dan lampu dihidupkan, menjadikannya tempat paling mudah untuk mekap semua hotel yang saya pernah menginap di Korea. Tekanan air di bilik mandi agak lemah, dan walaupun terdapat sekatan antara bilik mandi dan tandas, lantai bilik mandi akan basah jika anda tidak berhati-hati. Selipar tidak pakai buang, dan tidak ada baju tidur, jadi anda perlu membawa sendiri, dan semua kedai adalah gaya Korea. Tidak ramai orang di sekitar pada waktu malam, jadi wanita harus berhati-hati ketika berjalan sendirian. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati! Saya pasti akan datang ke sini lagi lain kali saya di Busan!

PPengguna TetamuRoom – The room is amazing, with plenty of space for the two of us. We each have our own bedroom, which is great. The only downside is that the toilet is located inside one of the bedrooms, so if your friend needs to use it in the middle of the night, it might wake you up.
Kitchen – The kitchen looks very fancy and fully equipped at first glance, but surprisingly there’s no kitchenware at all. No plates, forks, spoons, or cups. We had to buy our own. There’s also a stove, but no pans, so cooking isn’t really possible. You can only reheat food using the microwave or oven.
Laundry – A washing machine and dryer are provided in the room, which is very convenient.
Balcony – The room also has a nice balcony, which is a lovely bonus.
Staff – Most of the staff are friendly

Hotel ini sangat bersih, sama seperti gambar. Malah tandasnya bersih dan baru. Terdapat juga tab mandi yang bagus untuk berendam, yang membantu menghilangkan keletihan selepas berjalan sepanjang hari😍😍 Terdapat perhentian bas betul-betul di hadapan anda dan stesen kereta api bawah tanah terletak kira-kira 5 minit jauhnya. Terdapat makanan lazat berhampiran. Malangnya, satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tiada cara untuk menyimpan bagasi kami semasa kami mendaftar keluar, jadi kami terpaksa keluar dengan bagasi kami dahulu.Asalnya ada bas ke destinasi seterusnya, tetapi pemandu bas mengatakan bahawa bagasi besar tidak boleh naik, jadi kami Mereka semua mengambil teksi sebaliknya, dan jadual perjalanan hanya boleh diubah suai.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient.
I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.
