水原駅から徒歩約10〜15分、重たいキャリーケースでしたが快適にホテルまで辿り着きました。7番出口からでると近いです。途中に若者向け？の繁華街があります。
フロントのチェックインでは名前を言ったらカードキーを渡され（ホテルの利用説明等なしでした笑）、予約時に20:00チェックインとありましたが15時頃に入室できました。当初は荷物を預けるのみの予定でしたがチェックインができて助かりました。
部屋は何回か韓国のホテルに泊まっていますが過去一綺麗でした。新しいホテルのようで口コミが少ないようです。部屋に浴槽があり（私は入りませんでしたが）韓国に住んでいるかのような経験ができました。YouTube等を見ることができる可動式テレビもありました。ドライヤーもあります。シャワーの水圧は問題なし、トイレとシャワーはガラス一枚で分けられていますがシャワーの排水口がなぜかトイレ側にあるので床は少しビチャビチャになるかもです。
USBがありましたが、他はないので変換プラグ持って行くことをおすすめします。韓国ダイソーやコンビニにも売っていますが。
チェックアウトはカードキーを渡すのみでした。フロントの人とは翻訳機で話しました。
マイナスを挙げるとしたら、ホテルの周りがガチガチのモーテルばかりなので夜だったり女性の宿泊となるともしかしたら怖いかもです。私は20代女性1人でしたが、「遅い時間にはホテルにいるorホテルまでタクシー利用」を徹底したので大丈夫でした。
ですが、駅からの近さ、ホテルの綺麗さかわいさを考えると絶対にまた泊まりたい！となります。ソウルから離れてるのもあり、安いのに素敵なホテルでコスパが良すぎて最高でした(T＿T)♡ありがとうございました❗️

AANDREW IANGreat hotel. Basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. A short ride away from Suwon train station and right in the middle of a shopping and restaurant area - great range of choices to eat and drink. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

SSparklee14The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions.
My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back.
All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs.
If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too.
We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room. It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.
When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again.

PPengguna TetamuWow this was really bad. It smelled of smoke and wasn't clean at all. I had to use bleach to clean the entire bathroom because of strange dried substances on the wall. The surrounding area of the hotel is horrific with vomit from drunks all over the pavement and as you walk into the hotel entrance. It's disgusting. That alone prevents you from even walking inside.
