Delightful place to stay as its central to many attractions and shopping areas. Repeated stay here and is still delightful as it is. Mattress and pillows could do much better. Front desk weren’t helpful when asked for recommendations in the area.

웬만하면 리뷰 잘안쓰는데 체크인시 얼굴 넙대대길고 키큰 여자때매 남긴다. 이런외모 묘사도 본인이 이름을 안밝혀서 이렇게 표현함. 그렇다고 가슴쪽 명함이름도 잘안보여서. 이름이 먼가요? 3번 물었는데 말하지도 않는다.손님을 무시하는 태도. 룸2개 내가 직접 결제하고 손님을 체크인 시키는데
여권은 지가 받아놓고 룸이 두개니까 양쪽에서 체크인해주겟다고 해놓고 여자손님여권을 지가 가지고 있으면서 옆쪽카운터로 보낸버린다. 지가 가지고 있으면 손님은 이쪽에서 체크인 도와드리겠다고 해야되는거 아닌가?
국적을 미리 판단한 남자직원은 바로 중국어로 대응하는데 본인이 영어만 할줄 아나 손님은 알아듣지도 못하는데 영어로 주구장창 떠들어만 대고 ... 차라리 명찰에 가능외국어 국기를 명찰을 붙여놓고 상대를 시키던가. 아니면 내가 한국인인데 바로옆에 붙어있는데도 나에게 설명하면 될걸.. 근데 굳이 피곤해 죽겠는데 들을만함 설명도 없다. wifi비번없는거 굳히 설명안해도 다 알테고 룸키커버에 적어놓으면 다 알아서 할걸... 5층 몇시 체크아웃정도면 충분하고 조식시간정도면 되지..
그렇게 영어하고싶으시면 영어 웅변대회를 나가시던지... 한국어하면될걸 어이가 없드라. 체크인 시 센스없게 여권들고있는거부터 거슬렸는데 서비스업 마인드가 글러먹어거 표정관리도 안되고 물어바도 대답도 안하고. 우리직원이였으면 해고할 수준. 신입도 그직원보다는 잘할듯.
차번호도 세번을 말해야 알아듣고 귀가 어두우면 차라리 차번호를 써달라고 하던지... 일부로 못알아듣는거처럼 이상한 숫자 읉어대질않나... 그나마 중간관리자 담당자 아니였으면 폭팔했을지도 모른다. 여긴 니가 서비스받는곳이 아니고 손님에게 서비스를 제공하는 곳이다. 유두리 센스 모두 최악. 영어로 말하는거 좋아하니 서양인만 상대하는쪽에 고정으로 놔두길 진심. 서비스 직군에 맞지않은 성향같은에 빨리 다른길 찾아 떠나는것도 방법일듯.
수원에 그나마 좋은호텔이라 백화점 붙어있고 내 집이 가까워서 데리구 왔구만 그 여직원때매 이후 다시 잡아야하나 싶다.
조식은 중국만 못하지만 먹을만했다.
같은주에 광저우 메리어트에 2박했는데 그곳과 비교해 시설 조식 서비스마인드 한국이 한수 아래다.
그냥 호구 한국인 등쳐먹는 가격으로 지역독점적 지위를 누리고 있는 포지션이다.
참고로 광저우 백운구 메리어트 조식포함 15만원.
수원 변방에 있으면서 2배 비쌈.

Did not use any facilities as only checked in at evening and checked out early morning next day. Service wise was good in terms of checking in time taken. Room is very much aged but for the pricing it is worth it. Good thing about the hotel is that there is a 7-11 right below the hotel linked to the lobby and so it was very convenient.

Not an ideal location for the main attractions in Seoul, but plenty of shops and restaurants in the area if you’re just looking for a nice play to stay with a big room. It’s close to a subway stop, but most attractions in Seoul are about an hour.

This hotel was walking distance to Suwon station and spacious. The shower temperature and pressure was great! They replenished bottled water and coffee everyday. They TV had Netflix. The only downside was I couldn’t adjust the thermostat, but there was a window I could open.

Certainement l'hôtel le plus sale du pays. Dès l'arrivée vous êtes séduit par le monticule de saleté qui jonche la terrasse. La réception n'est pas en reste, du fouillis partout, des cartons en plein milieu pour récupérer l'eau des clims. Les chambres sont vieillotte, des prises sont à nue, les chevets défoncés, des moisissures plein la salle de bain, le coffre est hs. C'est sombre et déprimant. Le petit-déjeuner est d'une rare médiocrité dans une salle du saleté repoussante, les poubelles débordent . L'odeur de l'endroit est écœurant. Le personnel est nonchalant et indifférent. Un conseil : fuyez !

룸컨디션 깨끗하고 널찍해서 좋았어요
바로 맞은편에 지에스도 있어서 편했고
한식위주였던 조식도 맛있어서 만족했어요!!
접근성은 자차이동하시면 괜찮은편인데, 대중교통은 쪼끔 미묘해요...
아쉬운 점은 뷰가 옆건물벽뷰 였다는것, 샤워부스가 따로 없어서 욕조에 샤워커튼 치고 씻어야 한다는 점입니다

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel surprised me a lot. First thing, my room is very new. Both the bedding and furniture are clean, and the room is spacious. The bathroom and shower are separate. Second, breakfast was very rich and everything was clean. However, I picked a city-view room. The floor is low, and I can't see anything outside the window except the parking lot.
My family and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. I will choose to stay here again next time.

AAndiswaAThe locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

入住的時候，發現大大的驚喜。
前台小姐姐非常nice
説是下午四點入住，但是提前到了，也給入住。
那時候已經下午一點多了，問旁邊有沒有好吃的餐館，好熱情推薦，我們到餐館時候，餐館還説酒店特意打了電話説有客人吃飯。
回來的時候，要坐機場大巴去機場，怕沒位置，主動還幫忙手機訂票，還打印出來，預約第二天的士。
其它工作人員也很熱情。
房間很大，韓國酒店房間普遍較小，這個酒店的算是個例外。
地理位置也不錯，離水原區政府地鐵站步行距離。
離機場大巴N4000終點站（東水原）打車十分鐘左右。大約韓幣6000-7000。大概三十來塊這樣。
樓下有咖啡廳，周邊到處吃飯的餐館。可以不行到超市home plus

KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

SSojo BrileyYeah, this hotel was interesting. It looked like the pictures provided but, it wasn't as clean. It's could stand to have an update in furniture. I truly loved the bed though, softest one I've been in since I've been traveling around korea for the past year. It's decent if you want to just go out with friends but it gives *** motel vibes so I would never bring someone I'm dating there. All and all it's not bad but it's a going out to get drunk and just need a place to lay your head kind of place.

PPengguna TetamuThe guy not speak any word in english and even if I said that a booked a room he wanted to make me leave the hotel ! So, don't try to speak with him, just show your name and the reservation, he will give you the key and at your depart you have to leave it in the elevator, it's cold but that's how is it. We sleep in a ondol room (matress in the floor) ; the room is not pleasant (rather dilapidated) but the matress is confortable, you have kettle and one time coffe-tea-water, hot water in the shower ; it's enought to be in good condition. The localisation is pretty good, not too far from the citadelle maybe half an hour of walk.
