Staff are awesome and very friendly.
Very close to the beach and 10 minutes drive from agadir bay.
The only downside is that the gym is very small and has limited equipment. And the cost internally for everything was very expensive.

It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

This resort is very good, the reception is stunning, the rooms are clean to a good standard, and the food has great options! I’m not sure where the bad reviews complaining about the food came from honestly and this is from someone who is a picky eater! The reception and waiter staff are very accommodating and friendly. There is a nice walk to the marina and city or you can take a taxi, plenty to do. The only down side to our holiday was unfortunately the entertainers, which usually make a resort. I don’t like to complain but they approached us on the first day asking for a review for themselves in which we were happy to do so, although we had only just met them and didn’t know anything of what they offered or even their names. They proceeded to take our phones and attempt to write reviews theirselves on our phones. We didn’t like this and felt it was very pushy and too much. Throughout the holiday whilst we were relaxing at the pool they kept pestering us to write one, by the end of the holiday we had only had these conversations with them of them asking for a review, still didn’t know each others names or had any relationship built with them which we have had at other resorts in the past. Kind of just felt like all they wanted to do all day was write reviews on guests phone as one of the days we said we would do it ourselves later they sat with some guests next to us by the pool for an hour, took their phones and wrote their own review. This wasn’t all of the staff the other entertainers kind of left us to it which we were fine with.

From the moment I arrived at the Sofitel Thalassa Sea & Spa, I felt like a VIP. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was always available to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway, look no further than the Sofitel Thalassa Sea & Spa. The facilities are top-notch, from the pool to the restaurants to the spa. But what really made my stay special was the staff, who were incredibly attentive and made me feel like royalty.

The hotel service was very poor, no one helps you, bedding and towels are very old and worn out, room.service come early morning whilst ur sleeping amd take ur towels, replace with fresh ones late afternoon so ur basically waking up, showering washing up etc without any towels, 2 basic washing gel bottles, one near sink and one in shower, no kettle or water in room and upon asking for warm water was told none available, pool is cold and not very clean. If your room is on the front side then very noisy at nighy as 2 nightclubs next door, we were on basement floor so was quiet. Breakfast is same every day, overdone fried egg and
parathas, cereal in open bowls, oranges and apples as fresh fruit amd croissants amd crumpets. If you like ur tea then I would suggest take your own tea bags as its very weak and also cold in the kettle in dining area. Was nice enough, had lovely lobby and pool area with table tennis,pool amd archery but overall was disappointed with the service

Such an amazing place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff and the location is convenient. Seconds away from the beach, 5 mins away from the Marina and 10 mins away from McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut for the kids. We all love this place that we book it every time (3 times this year). Rooms are clean fresh and lovely. The views are stunning. Highly recommend.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

Not going to lie I booked this hotel then saw the reviews and was mortified. Luckily a few weeks after booking reviews got better. I didn't know what to expect when we arrived but I was presently surprised. The rooms are very basic and need a referb but for the price we paid I can't grumble. The maid cleaned the room daily and we got clean towels daily. The breakfast was like any other continental breakfast. All in all Staff are very helpful and I would stay in this hotel again. There's trips available to book in the lobby, we wanted to do the Souk and Agadir Oufella. There was a guided trip available but we decided to make our own way there, we took the local bus to the Souk which cost 5 Moroccan Durham per person each way. There's lots of people to book excursions through on the sea front. Two of the best places we ate are Blacksmiths & Pure Passion, would highly recommend.

Neat and clean hotel, with delicious buffets. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean too and the location is perfect to enjoy the sun. Perfect for solo traveller or couples. The beach is 5 minutes of walk.

PPengguna TetamuWir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Zephyr Agadir gehabt. Die Apar**ents Modern Style und sind gut Ausgestattet. Das Personal ist immer Hilfsbereit und Freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten um lecker Essen zu gehen, kleine Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Ich werde bestimmt noch Mal die Unterkunft Buchen wenn ich wieder in Agadir bin.

PPengguna Tetamu Triste bilan pour l'hôtel Tilila Si l'hospitalité marocaine est universelle alors l'hôtel Tilila est l' exception qui confirme la règle. Je crois que nous n'avons jamais eu un accueil aussi froid. Quand on a demandé deux serviettes de bain supplémentaires, car nous avons utilisé celles de notre salle de bains pour nous sécher de notre baignade, on nous a dits que ce n'était pas possible que ce n'était que deux par chambre... Quel hôtel refuse une requête si classique sérieusement ? Pour accéder à notre chambre vous aurez la chance de déambuler dans un couloir sombre à la déco style motel sinistre américain. La chambre n'était pas belle. Elle disposait d'une télévision vieillotte avec des télécommandes dont les piles étaient vidées. Si la literie était correcte, le gros point négatif restait la salle de bain. Exigus, laide, une petite douche revêtant un simple rideau pour protéger la pièce des éclaboussures. En guise de savon ? Un tout petit palet vert aux allures de vieux chewing-gum sera mis à votre disposition. Deux points positifs : - La propreté de la chambre : rien à redire. - Le fait qu'on n'y restait qu'une nuit

We found the hotel nicely decorated for Christmas and also with the ornaments of morocco they had clean beds cleaned the rooms doily changed towels daily very comfy beds shower great but not enough glass floor very wet lovely towels staff were friendly happy nothing was too much trouble very helpful. Breakfast was ok my son ate it mostly Olives toast yogurts ham cereal nice coffee scrabbled eggs lots of choice to have but not a lot of English. restaurant very busy at Breakfast not enough tables for all we ate outside on the terrace all lovely and clean the private beach with hotel towels lovely and clean. beds ok. The pool nobody got in it was so cold nice area BUT!!!! Now for a little down side my son slept with ANTS on his first night we never had any food or drinks the 4th night zi had some lemonade left in a glass by morning there were lots drowned ANTS some alive around the glass to .We took it to reception nothing happened no-one spoke to us about it. Then whilst we had our breakfast outside one morning the pigeons were using the pool to bathe in and the cleaners were sweeping whatever in the pool ??? Not sure if it was bleach dirt or what but no thanks. We never used the pool at any time or restaurant at night plenty of places to choose from outside and cheaper much cheaper the fridge in the room was stocked but well over priced. It's about 2 busy roads a fair few steps and more road to the beach down hill but a lovely beach . But lastly the natives are so friendly polite so helpful even had a copper pay for my 3 yogurts as the shop keeper didn't have any change. It was only 6 Dan not even £1.00. I do not recommend the CITY TOUR you can go in a Taxi much cheaper to the cable cars or bus and to the big indoor market that sells it all. We enjoyed the camel excursion but we didn't see the flamingos as it was dark not organised very well but the food and people were fantastic

Positives: Hotel and room very clean, room cleaned, fresh towels daily and beds made. Rooms have balcony and good amenities fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good (after reading bad reviews) no fried breakfast but plenty of selection from cereal, bread/toast, omelettes, pastries, x3 kinds of pancakes, porridge, etc. Negatives: Lunch/Evening menu food was very poor, do not upgrade it tasted so cheap and nasty. No Bar! However, there is an off license across the road (Victoria's) so we bought beers and drank them in room/ by the pool but very few alcohol licenced places in general in Agadir. Beds in rooms are so hard. Neutral: location was about 15/20 min walk to beach downhill (there). There's a square for restaurants and a kids park / inflatable area about 5 minute walk. Local area is nice we found things spaced apart so hired a car for 2 days at £25 per day (300Mhr/day). No hotel shop but hotel next door has one and a much nicer cafe/restaurant. Just to note if coming with kids like we did, Agadir is not very child friendly, no childrens menus in most places (although plenty of McDs) lots of high pavements (not pushchair friendly) but we've managed and had a good holiday.

Not our first time in Morocco but first time at this hotel. It is a reasonable 3 star hotel. The rooms are reasonably sized, clean (maid service every day) and the beds large and comfortable (although on the hard side). Our only criticism would be the balcony, it’s too small but had a good view over the amazing pool. The pool is great. Large and for the most part a uniform 1m deep. It does have a deeper 2m section for jumping/diving. They do various activities around the pool each day such as aquarobics and the attendants are really observant so if you need a sun lounger or mat they are on it straight away. We were B&B so can only rate the breakfast. It was pretty standard fare which had no variation, to be expected in a budget hotel. Egg station was good as was the local bread making station (delicious). From a general perspective expect buffet style local food with a few western bits added in. And ok quality, not gormet quality!! Hotel in general is large with lots of restaurants/bars but if you are not AI they are expensive compared to local establishments based around the hotel. You can get alcohol but it’s not as good quality as the other bars close at hand such as Nil Blue or Actors Studio, but that’s as expected. The position is first class, right on the beach front and has its own section on the beach to provide a secure area for hotel residents. Children’s activities. Seriously if your children can’t be entertained here I’m not sure what you are expecting. The pool and surrounding area is child friendly and really well maintained. There is ping pong, pool, darts, sand pits, inflatables for the pool, balls, kids clubs etc etc The area, love it. The promenade is superb and probably the longest I have seen at about 3.5 miles. Similarly the beach is fabulous, clean and with a wide expanse of golden sand. The sea is warm and the waves great for having some body surfing fun. Agadir is a great winter destination, the weather has been constant at about 28 and although a few clouds on a morning all burnt off by midday.

PPatríciaResort que acomoda muitos turistas e com todo o tipo de serviços necessários. Pequeno-almoço incrível, com bastante variedade e especialidades marroquinas gastronómicas. Uma boa experiência e excelente porta de entrada para a realidade Marroquina.

PPengguna TetamuI would have given this 4/5 from our actual experience at the hotel. However due to the works going on directly outside the hotel I thought this was fair. The hotel is bang in the city centre of Agadir. Although the hotel is not undergoing any refit the areas outside are. Having spoken with the locals they are preparing for the African nations cup in 2025 and the World Cup in 2030. It didn’t affect our experience tbh but it may for some. We found the people at the hotel fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful, printed off our boarding passes and gave us some tips on things to do. We found the room comfortable and it was cleaned everyday. The sky bar on the top floor is used by locals with local music entertainment. We really enjoyed mixing with the locals and all were very friendly. If you are looking for a pool holiday this is probably not for you as we found this our least favourite part of the hotel. It’s about a 15 min walk down to the beach area and probably 25 mins to the marine. This was not an issue for us as we liked the mix of tourist/local experience. There’s a little bar just over the road from the hotel which we enjoyed. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly, we shared drinks and dancing with people of all different nationalities in there. We would like to return to this hotel once the works have been completed to give it the full experience. We did get a bargain holiday and it was def worth the price we paid, although I feel the hotel may get some iffy reviews because of its current surroundings. Guess if you are aware of this before you book then expectations are met.

PPengguna TetamuAbsolutely disgusting hotel. We changes rooms 3 times and every single one of them was a mess. The toilets don’t flush, we had cockroaches in every one of our rooms in the drawers, under the mattress (literally everywhere) the beds are like sleeping on springs, we got charged for the us of the safe yet did not have a key that worked in 2 of the rooms, the lights didn’t work properly in any of the rooms. It stated we had a phone, we had no phone, they stated we had toiletries, we had no toiletries, we had 1 towel a day between 2 of us despite keep asking for another. They used plastic bottle replacing a bed leg, the whole floor would flood after a show (I slipped twice) and that is just the rooms. The pool is murky, loud club music blasting out all day round the pool, cat poo all over the place. And as for the breakfast, we paid £100 extra for a buffet breakfast (apparently) we got x1 coffee each x1 1 egg omelette each (just egg) and x 2 bits of dry bread with jam and it was the exact same every morning and that was our limit. We wasn’t allowed any more or anything different brought to a table no buffet in sight for £100. We wasn’t expecting much as it was cheap but my goodness this place is an absolute disgrace
