Hotel Kinta dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

After a very positive first night here, as a solo Thai traveler in Malaysia, I felt this hotel was so much like home. I felt safe and comfortable staying here, which is why I decided to stay a third night. Initially, after two nights, I considered changing hotels, but after thinking it over, I felt this one was the best. Although it might be a bit far for some, there's a bus stop right in front, just a short walk away. There are also restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers a sense of freedom with plenty of space downstairs to use. Plus, the air conditioning in the room was very comfortable, and the bed was so soft that I slept soundly. If I have the chance, I might stay here again in the future

Kelebihan: - Bilik bersih, cantik & luas - Kemudahan bilik sangat lengkap: tuala, pinggan mangkuk, sudu garfu, pisau, ketuhar gelombang mikro, dapur induksi, peti sejuk, TV, dll. - Fasiliti lengkap: kolam renang, gim, ruang istirahat, dll. - Landskap taman & reka bentuk dalaman sangat cantik, banyak ruang untuk bergambar. - Tempat letak kereta percuma. - Dapat daftar keluar lewat kerana lambat dapat bilik semasa daftar masuk. Kelemahan: - Ambil masa lama untuk daftar masuk, jadi kena datang awal tepat pukul 3 petang untuk elak beratur panjang. - Lambat dapat bilik, masa daftar masuk bilik belum siap lagi, jadi cubalah minta masa daftar keluar dilanjutkan. - Bilik hanya ada 1 bilik mandi & 1 tandas, jadi kalau datang dengan keluarga yang ramai, berebut sedikitlah. Keseluruhan: - Sangat berbaloi sebab saya dapat harga promosi, bawah RM100 untuk apartment 2 bilik.

Tempat letak kereta boleh menjadi sukar pada waktu malam tetapi mereka mengutamakan tempat letak kereta untuk tetamu hotel berbanding tetamu acara. Bilik mandi mempunyai tingkap kaca lutsinar supaya mungkin tidak sesuai melainkan anda tinggal bersendirian. Saya suka hotel ini menyediakan air minuman tambahan 1.5L selain daripada 2 botol kecil.

Okay okay je.. hotel mmg parking susah ye.. receptionist dekat lobby boleh pulak mntk kite parking luar pd kwsan hotel then nk kena jalan 3-4minutes ke hotel. Kite nya family travellers ada baby boleh byg tak kalau nk kena jalan mcmtu.. tp nsib lah guard bg parking basement ade je parking situ cuma parking nya bertingkat. Susah jugaklah bab parking ni saya tk berapa minat kalau tempat2 susah parking ni.. , lg 1, you all kena prepare jugak cash untuk cagaran tu.. diorang tkde sediakn debit ye, just kredit!  jujurnya tk akan stay situ dh lepasni..sorry for me lah sebab i ada baby so kena pkir smua tu..

Location was superb , really just next to Tambun . By few steps. so easy go get there & all instruction to get the key is easy. There is no shops or convenient shops that is walking distance, but there is a supermaket nearby, can just call grab to reach there. The amenities was only like toothbrush toothpaste plates, utensils and also one kettle remember there is no microwave cannot cook inside so remember to buy food standby food you cannot cook even an instant noodles there so if you're hungry in the middle of the night make sure you have food ready because as I say it earlier on there is no shop no nothing there, no complimentary water as well so if you want to rent here, make sure you bring your water & food supplies. What you can do is only boil water. other than that everything seems good but the tenant need to be extra K on the cleanliness of the place. The bed was okay. The pillow and the bed was comfy. Air-conditioning all working well the living room room was comfortable comfortable is just that the cleanliness of the toilet have to be taken care more I think the cleaner didn't really clean the washroom. You can see watermarks here and day seems like it was not clean for ages. You can see the watermark so obvious. Make me feel so disgusting and you can see the clothes for what the table is so dirty there's no other clothes only one clothes to wipe the pebble no I didn't use that. It was disgusting. Other than that. I was happy with the place would be appreciate if the tenant at least can ready something to cook at least instant noodles because there is no shops there if I want to come back, I will still stay there. That is the best place to stay the nearest to Tambun.

Lokasi hotel bagus dan ada tempat letak kereta bawah tanah sendiri dengan banyak ruang, sangat sesuai untuk kami yang datang dengan memandu sendiri. Sarapan hotel juga bagus, saya suka; bilik luas, selesa untuk menginap, cuma saya rasa sarung bantal tidak ditukar. Setelah memaklumkan kepada pihak depan, mereka segera menukarnya kepada yang baharu, sangat memuaskan.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Kami mempunyai masa yang indah tinggal di apartmen ini. Lokasi adalah sangat mudah, dan akses mudah untuk menghubungi perkhidmatan Grab. Apartmen itu sendiri bersih dan diselenggara dengan baik, dengan perabot yang selesa dan semua kemudahan yang diperlukan. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi pada masa hadapan. Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.
