I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay.
Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience.
Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

I especially enjoyed the UMU restaurant - everything there was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience.

Perkhidmatan meja depan masih cekap dan mesra. Kualiti sarapan pagi juga agak baik, tetapi terdapat banyak makanan Barat dan sangat sedikit makanan Cina. Yang menghairankan, perkhidmatan di ruang legar yang mengagumkan pada masa lalu, adalah harga yang rendah Selepas kereta kami tiba, ramai kuli di sana, tetapi tiada siapa yang membantu kami menarik pintu atau bagasi topi besar di pintu Okay, tetapi sekarang orang itu telah berubah, saya hanya bercakap dengan diri sendiri dan tidak membuka pintu untuk tetamu. Kemudian, seorang lelaki keselamatan membantu kami membawa bagasi kami. Masalah perkhidmatan yang sama juga berlaku dengan wanita muda yang mengambil tempat duduk semasa sarapan pagi. Dia kelihatan begitu sombong dan mengecewakan. Hotel profesional, langsir gelap dibuat begini, aduhai! ! !

JJSabinanoGreat rooms, superb pest control. Water pressure is consistently good (hot/cold). Staffs are accomodating and professional. The food is pretty standard (buffet breakfast). Wish they have private onsen but you can still enjoy the pool with glass bottom if your not into naked bath. The antidote bar will definitely one of our favorite amenity (360 makati skyline). Wifi is slow on some parts of the hotel, i suggest that the management upgrade their tv to a smart one that is capable of streaming. Overall the experience was worth the price.

BbeKaz 8smeIa sangat kemas. Tempat itu masih baru dan masih dalam pembinaan untuk tingkat atas jadi anda harus mengharapkan penggerudian dan hentakan dari semasa ke semasa.
Mereka mengenakan bayaran tambahan (banyak) pada tuala dan peralatan tempat tidur yang bernoda jadi lebih baik berhati-hati dengan tuala tangan/tuala anda 😅. Walaupun anda jelas akan mengotorkan tuala tangan kerana ia sengaja dibuat seperti itu..duh. 😑
Anda tidak melihat sebarang kemudahan lain yang boleh anda dapatkan di kondo atau hotel. Ia hanyalah sebuah bilik dengan katil, meja dan kerusi, kabinet, sinki dapur dan bilik mandi.

This was our second time staying here (we first visited last December and loved it so much we extended our stay then!). We chose to book again because, compared to other hotels in this prime location, the rates are incredibly affordable and the value is unbeatable.
What we loved:
*Location & Food: Perfect location with many food options nearby, plus a great 2nd-floor restaurant. The breakfast buffet is totally worth it! Just a tip for parents: some dishes have a mild spicy kick that might be a bit much for kids, but there are always pancakes and cereals available.
*Superb Service: This is where they really shine. Kudos to the entire team—from the parking attendants to reception and housekeeping. They make you feel truly welcome.
*Cleanliness & Facilities: The rooms are spotless and very well-maintained. The pool is a good size and kid-friendly (4ft deep), and it wasn't too crowded during our visit. There is also a gym on-site.
The Extra Mile: What made this stay truly special was the extra effort the staff put in. It was my wedding anniversary, and even though my husband couldn’t be with us, the team went above and beyond by creating a beautiful heart-shaped swan towel design and a lovely card. It was a wonderful surprise that me and my two kids truly enjoyed!
A Suggestion for the Hotel: Since we are now frequent guests, we’d love to see a loyalty card or rewards program! A perk like a free night after a certain number of bookings would be the perfect way to reward repeat visitors like us.
We’ve stayed for two nights so far and already can't wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable stay!

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a comfortable hotel and a nice location. Sometimes the elevators were not working, which caused some delay. The shower curtain is a nuisance and not having a shower wand. Makes it quite difficult to reach certain locations to rinse well. the water pressure and the warmth of the shower is great. The service of the people working there is excellent. My largest complaint the Internet did not operate at optimal levels. I was fortunate that I had Wi-Fi connection through my phone or otherwise I would not be able to conduct the business necessary. Definitely need to upgrade the Internet.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaOverrated hotel. We entered into I'm Hotel and taken to Oakwood. We were met with rules and regulations and told about the fines. Balcony door didn't seal well and had a bicycle lock on it.
Do not stay here if you can not leave your leg high to get into the tub that has a telephone shower. It's definitely not a place I will take my elderly parents.
Breakfast is limited and is with the guest from the other hotel. Your juice options are only one.
All in all, it's a clean place with ridiculous traffic at entrance. High-end accommodation with a water dispenser in the hallway, so don't expect drinking water in the room. Advice bring a water bottle to collect the water.
