I stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed my time. The place is very nice, especially the view. I felt so relaxed watching the city lights and car lights at night. The service was also great, ate anna assisted me from the start and responded quickly whenever I needed help. The room is clean and simple, which I really liked. I would love to stay here again and book the same room. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Good location in Ortigas City. Hotel room is big and good for family gatherings, hence only 2 elevators are working and hallway is too hot while waiting for the elevator. Overall, this is a worth stay.

Wynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price. The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient. However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close. The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either. The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room. There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay.

Good location if you are having business or meeting in Ortigas Center. Room availability is good. But lif always generates noises, corridor carpet bad smell, room cleanliness just ok. But it matches the room price and value if you wish to stay in Ortigas Center. Suggest to add hand shower which convenient for long hair lady guests.

This is my 4th time staying in this hotel I love the location and the size is spacious enough for me and my family of four check in and out is pretty quick. I will definitely be staying in this place again.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores. Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure. Cons: For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it. The room door is annoyingly hard to open. Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing. Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small. Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities. Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, with malls and restaurants nearby. It was a relaxing and enjoyable staycation for our family, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ortigas.

Location - near highway, we got room 300plus fronting the hotel to the outside so a lot of noise. Room amenities- got 1 towel only for 2 pax, requested to the front desk but was not attended to. Aircon - not that cold and looks old Bathroom door has dry stains, clogged drainage and lavatory but the bathroom smell is ok. Also, it has a good running water and strong flush/bidet. Lobby felt eerie and has dark vibes The Pancit had small insect that we only later found out. Keycard is wornout. Neighboring room was noisy (loud bang when closing the door and had noises from the wall). fast wifi and Free Netflix Bed was hard and facing the door so it is bad feng shui.

Staff was good food good but the last night Thier the front desk confirmed I had reserved taxi for pickup at check out however 10 past time of check out and when taxi did not arrive they informed me taxi cancelled without reason these. Prior.. so they let me extend to reserve a ride but I had to pay fee even though they failed to inform me about the booking they offered to book for me and they never offered the tip back. Only communicated to other Victoria courts in Metro Manila NCR false slander and hearsay about me that I learned happened as Tru from the other booking at company properties
