Hotel Bandar Quezon dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We recently stayed for 8 nights at Alino in their Premium Queen room, we were in the city for our holiday visiting friends and family. What we liked: - Room is clean since its a brand new hotel - caring and attentive staff -- really living up to its name which is Alagang Filipino. - there is an available Laundromat so you can do your own laundry wash and dry with a fee per load - their Filipino breakfast is great for esp for OFWs, option for in room dining and continental or american breakfast for foreigners - they are very open to hearing feedback and try their best to address these. What we hope for improvement - the drive way: cars exiting, esp lower cars, the bumper of cars skid as they exit and damages the cars - our room was near the elevator, so we had trouble sleeping in as we can hear everything that happens outside the room including the elevator sounds and all people coming in and out of the floor. - consider adding elevator and hallway perfume Other than that, we think we have found the best place to stay everytime we come and visit the city.

Perfect as always. Rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy, nice interior and perfect breakfast, price is reasonable too! Location is perfect in quezon city. I just hope the noise reduction will be improved cause I can hear everything from food steps on floor above to knocks and voices from other rooms.

Seda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.

Stayed there as we were attending a concert at the skydome nearby. This is the first time I experienced blackout in a hotel. On our 2nd day morning, the power tripped not once, but a few times in the morning. On our first night, the shower gel was not topped up and the nozzle of the bottle literally flew out when I pumped for the shower gel. Had to wrap up my shower and call the front desk. They later replaced the entire bottle. Toilet had a door but the seal didnt seem to block out much, our toilet floor was still wet and soaked the floor mat. TV did not have much entertainment, can't use netflix or youtube. Also the tv hang for a few times. It also showed somebody else's surname on the homepage and occasionally even the room number on the tv was reflecting another floor and room number. Overall ok for the price paid since it's conveniently connected to the mall.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

overall experienced of staying in the hotel was good, however the spaghetti carbonara that we ordered has a bad taste, like spoiled already. Shout out to their cook!

I had a wonderful stay at Harts Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The location is very convenient, especially since it's close to SM North EDSA, restaurants, and public transportation. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay!

Room is spacious for 1 bed and a table with 2 chairs. Too spacious that it felt eerie to stay. Some tiles are loose. Advertised photos are not completely the same with the actual room. There is no towel. So make sure you bring your own.

Maganda ung lugar at value for money din. Perfect view while relaxing... madali din kausap care taker.. my only concern lng is wala cya kasamang toiletries and towels. Pero pg nang hingi ka nmn bibigyan ka nila ng towels at soap.. overall good cya. Will come back 😂
