If you’re looking for a quiet, affordable stay in Alanya with access to a good spa and beach nearby, Özgür Bey Spa Hotel is a solid choice. It’s not luxury, but it offers comfort, cleanliness, and a relaxing vibe. Location: The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, and it’s located in a quieter area of Alanya, which I appreciated. It’s also close to restaurants, small shops, and bus stops, making it easy to explore the town or head to the city center. Rooms: My room was clean and comfortable, with modern furniture and a balcony. While not overly spacious, it had everything I needed, including a good air conditioner, mini-fridge, and a decent bathroom. Some parts of the hotel could use a little refresh, but nothing major.

Были в отеле с июне с 25 по 30 число. В целом все понравилось, чистый комфортный семейный номер с хорошим видом, отличный вход в море, все вкусно и разнообразно, замечательная развлекательная программа, коктейли понравились только в нашем отеле, в соседнем Royale в Buddha bar бармен увидев наши браслеты обслуживал пренебрежительно и намешал какую-то дрянь, вылили даже пить не стали, больше туда возвращаться не хотелось. А так кроме этого случая, остальной персонал понравился, отзывчивый и приветливый.

В двухкомнатном люксе (недорого в октябре) шикарный вид на море и горы, два балкона, красиво так, аж из номера выходить не хотелось. За это и оценка. Питьевая вода за деньги, даже при заселении. Уборка ежедневно. 5-10 минут до хорошего песчаного пляжа ”Клеопатра” и фуникулера на крепость Аланьи. Завтрак весьма посредственный: отварные яйца, оливки, колбаса, сыр, картошка фри, йогурт, чай, кофе, можно попросить пожарить омлет или глазунью, вроде бесплатно.

Были здесь в апреле 2026. Хороший отель за адекватные деньги, рядом есть все, что нужно: магазины, обменники, популярные у местных рестораны (lost in alanya), до всех активностей не больше 15 минут пешком. Все аккуратно, уборка каждый день (где-то писали, что полы не моют, но у нас с влажной уборкой все было хорошо), основной свет действительно тусклый, но есть дополнительное освещение, что ситуацию значительно спасает (читать при таком свете комфортно - проверено лично). Бассейн чистый красивый и температура воды приятная. Из персонала могу выделить молодого человека на ресепшене которого зовут Альп. Именно он нас встречал, заселил раньше по времени, всегда интересовался как все проходит и все ли хорошо и угощал чаем.

The hotel is quite average, but offers good value for money. Pros: * Affordable price * Close to the sea, while still being away from the main tourist crowds * Plenty of shops and cafes bnearby * Wonderful refreshing swimming pool * Friendly and helpful staff Cons: * The cleaning could be much better. The floor in my room was constantly dirty, even after cleaning. There was a lot of dust on easily accessible surfaces. The doors still had A LOT of hand and fingerprints from previous guests. * Sometimes a nearby cafe plays very loud music until 12 pm. This happened twice during my one-week stay, so it wasn’t every night. * Very limited storage space for clothes. There were only 4 hangers and one small shelf, with no wardrobe or other storage. The room is quite small, so this was inconvenient. Overall, it’s ok for that price

We stopped here for one night. The pool was great after a long exhausting hot drive but unfortunately there was cat faeces on the fake grass on one side of the pool. When we let the reception know it was cleaned immediately. The location was great. Not far from the main ***** by sea. I shared a room with my mom and in the whole room there was only 1 out of 3 plug sockets in working order. The bathroom shower hole was on the other side of glass. Therefore making the whole bathroom floor flooded. There was a hole in the ceiling of bathroom. The air conditioning works but even on minimum setting was too cold so am thinking it's too big and powerful for the room size. The shower door literally had no door so water spilled everywhere. In the breakfast room the stand alone air conditioner was broken which made it unbearabley hot to eat. It would have been nice to eat outside but there was no shade whatsoever. All the staff were polite and tried to help wherever they could. With a few adjustments and a bit more spending from the owner/manager, this place could be perfect for a decent few days stay. I would definitely stay here again if these problems were fixed.

This hotel located at very convenient spot because you can walk three minutes away and get to the restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc….. I will talk about things that disappointed me. They have a standard rooms, basically a bed and bathroom at your feet. Bathroom don’t have a good ventilation. At 3AM I saw people running towards public bathrooms because if you go to the bathroom in your room, it’s gonna be very, very smelly. Especially if you have kids, little babies. You can upgrade your room additionally €15 a day but when I checked this option it’s not that big of a difference. This hotel don’t have rooms that look on the Seaside. You can get a partial view. If you wanted to have a partial view, the room 1689. Another important detail, you need to be careful with food because some of the salads were bad or salad dressings go bad really fast. You need to be picky because some of the food you can get sick from. Private beach is the best detail in this hotel.

You get what you paid for. This was a cheap and convenient stay for us. The food was mediocre. Nothing to brag about but nothing to complain about either. There was something available for us and if we didn’t like it, there are lots of restaurants around. It’s close to the Beach and central shopping areas. The room itself was clean, but the shower was broken and difficult to use. The hair dryer was broken. The sink was broken, but we didn’t make a fuss because we stayed only for 1 night as we had a flight to catch in the morning. Would I stay here again? Hmmm, probably not, but then again if there was no other hotel choices around then yes I guess it would be fine for a couple of nights.

Очень понравился отель. Для своих 3 звёзды сервис на высшем уровне. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Чистота в номерах, уборка каждый день. Отдельно стоит отметить питание, шеф повар очень старается, такое разнообразное меню есть не во всех бюджетных пятёрках. Сладкий стол это всегда искусство! И самое главное вкусно! В этот отель хочется вернуться. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых.
