We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

Amazing experience staying at Premium Caves Caverna Hotel in Cappadocia. The property exceeded expectations in several key aspects: Location – 10/10 Perfect location. Right in Göreme downtown, everything is within a 2-minute walking distance. The hotel is at street level, so you avoid climbing steep hills (huge advantage in Cappadocia) while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. Breakfast – 10/10 Complete, generous, and very high quality. The variety is impressive: omelettes, fresh fruits, breads, local dishes, etc. Portions are large, everything is fresh, and it easily exceeds expectations. Room Structure & Design – 10/10 The cave-style room is exceptionally well designed, combining authentic local architecture with modern comfort. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, it delivers a unique and premium experience. There is no issue of humidity and wall parts falling, walls are solid. Both heater and air-con available. Hotel Facilities – 10/10 The overall hotel structure is impressive, with beautiful common areas, well-maintained spaces and strong attention to detail. Everything feels organized and intentional. Comfort – 10/10 The bed, temperature control, and overall atmosphere make it extremely comfortable. You can genuinely rest well, which is not always the case in cave hotels. Cleanliness & Organization – 10/10 Everything was spotless and consistently maintained. Housekeeping is clearly well-managed and reliable. Service & Punctuality – 10/10 Staff is attentive to details, very professional, responsive, and delivered everything on time. No delays, no confusion. Everything is thought to make it special and unique. View from the Hotel – 10/10 Insane mountain views all around the property. The scenery is stunning and adds a lot to the overall experience, especially during sunrise and sunset. Overall Experience – 10/10 This hotel delivers exactly what it promises: a high-quality, comfortable and authentic Cappadocia stay. I will stay here again on next time in Cappadocia and strongly recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel and I am very happy with my experience. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Cappadocia. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Bahar, who was extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly, was very friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Please choose Osmanli Hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A special thanks to the hotel managers and staff — they were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan mempunyai lokasi yang hebat! Apa yang menjadikannya benar-benar istimewa ialah kakitangannya—mereka berusaha lebih untuk membantu mengatur sebarang aktiviti di Cappadocia, sama ada pemindahan lapangan terbang, menaiki belon udara panas, lawatan ATV atau lawatan peribadi untuk laluan hijau/merah. 一般熱氣球、紅線綠線嘅接送都會包括呢間酒店 預訂最經濟嘅房一般都係新建嘅石磚房 並唔係原裝洞穴房 不過都有好處嘅 平啲 冇咁潮濕 訊號良好 地理位置旺中帶靜 行幾分鐘已經係Goreme比較熱鬧嘅地方 房間空間可接受但偏細 乾淨衛生 可惜嘅係廁所板同埋沖涼花灑個掛都有啲問題 早餐出色 每日仲有可愛嘅狗狗陪你食早餐 有機場接送服務 單程15歐一個人 唔係好聽到清真寺廣播 唔使擔心

Such an amazing experience in a genuine cave hotel. We had a very nice and cosy room with good air con which is a must during summer. The hotel has a beautiful terrace which is a breathtaking viewpoint for the hot air balloons in the morning. Even at night, the terrace has a fantastic view of Goreme. The breakfast is honestly one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever had at any hotel, with very traditional Turkish mezze, great bread, sweets and other delicious food! The staff were super warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here!

The view from the hotel is pretty amazing but since it's up on a hill, you'll need to hike up and down if you're planning to walk to the town. Hotel feels very dated, the rooms are cool, but also feels very old. I know it's winter but the rooms are really stuffy even though we had the window opened, and heater turned off. There's a sign saying to save water, but the shower takes about 8mins for the water to be hot. There's a lot of steps/stairs in the hotel, some pretty steep ones The check-in staff was quite accommodating. I booked a suite because the website showed it came with a bathtub, but the first room didn’t have one. They sorted it out quickly and moved us to the correct room, which I really appreciated Let me know if you want it slightly more formal or more friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

Persekitaran sangat baik. Terdapat bumbung awam yang besar di mana anda boleh duduk di atas kerusi gantung dan terdapat juga sofa malas. Anda boleh melihat belon udara panas di seluruh langit di sini, malah sebahagian daripadanya sangat dekat dengan saya. Pada waktu malam, menghadap ke pekan dan di belakang pergunungan, sangat selesa untuk mendengar muzik dari restoran sebelah sambil menikmati angin sepoi-sepoi. Terdapat atrium di tingkat hadapan, di mana anda boleh berbaring dan berehat. Kebersihan yang baik, katil yang selesa, bilik pengudaraan, sangat selamat, meja penyambut tetamu 24 jam, kakitangan yang mesra dan membantu, lokasi yang baik, tidak perlu mendaki gunung untuk sampai, tetapi pada masa yang sama tidak terlalu rendah, cukup untuk melihat belon udara panas Jika saya mempunyai peluang untuk datang ke Goreme lagi, saya akan tinggal di sini lagi.
