This guest house is surely a good place to stay for budget travelers. All the facilities and amenities are functional and the whole place is clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is very spacious. The owner and his family are welcoming and friendly. Overall, a highly recommended option for travelers.

這次入住體驗超棒！ 因為我自己訂單訂錯，酒店卻非常耐心地幫我妥善解決，酒店人員非常友善，會幫忙提行李，服務特別好。 酒店整體非常乾淨整潔，環境舒適，我們起得比較晚，本來擔心錯過早餐，結果酒店還可以單點西式早餐和現磨咖啡，味道不錯，服務也特別貼心。 位置也超方便，離火車站很近，出行特別便捷。因為不想住陵園羣附近選擇了這裏，距離景區5公里左右打車非常方便， 全程感受到烏茲別克斯坦人民的熱情友好，住宿體驗滿分，強烈推薦，下次一定還會選擇這裏！

Неплохой отель, новый и в нём всё как положено, пахнет и обслуживание на высоте. Рядом есть магазин. Находится он в пром зоне у «мкада» и прежде чем бронировать из-за аэропорта, посмотрите тот ли аэропорт. В общем зачетный отель

After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

The service and location were great. In terms of the hotel room itself, it was okay, but not great. The bathroom was very hot, and it seemed the AC didn't reach there. To make a queen bed, they pushed two twins together, and there is a strange and hard divet in the middle of the bed that hurt my back when I woke up. I appreciated the baths and sauna, but they could've been cleaner. What I took issue with was the random people loitering in the hotel courtyard. I had a random man come up to me who wasn't staying in the hotel who asked me if I was a **********. I appreciated that the hotel took quick action when they heard about this, but I think there should be better security in the courtyard.

Maaf, saya benar-benar ingin memberikan penilaian yang baik kepada anda semua. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan baik, lokasinya bagus TETAPI. 1. Anda mengiklankan diri anda sebagai zon WiFi Percuma di papan tanda anda tetapi WiFi anda tidak berfungsi. Anda kata anda akan membaikinya tetapi tidak. 2. Disebabkan ini, saya telah menggunakan semua data saya dan pada pukul 4 pagi saya terpaksa pergi ke lobi untuk mendapatkan eSIM kecemasan. 3. Pancurannya sangat kecil dan sudutnya sangat tinggi, hanya orang yang berketinggian 1.8m atau lebih tinggi sahaja yang boleh mandi dengan betul. Air panasnya sangat sensitif sehingga ia sama ada sejuk atau panas terik. 4. Pada waktu pagi, terdapat bunyi titisan di atas bilik saya yang mengejutkan saya. Ia kedengaran seperti seseorang mengetuk dari pukul 4 pagi selama 3 jam berturut-turut. 5. Bilik saya tidak mempunyai tisu tandas dan saya terpaksa memintanya. Ia adalah lokasi yang hebat dan lobi kelihatan cantik. Tetapi ia adalah keseluruhan pengalaman yang diperlukan oleh orang ramai untuk penginapan yang baik. Ia memerlukan banyak kerja dan pelaburan tetapi hotel ini boleh menjadi hotel yang hebat jika pemiliknya sanggup membaikinya dengan betul. Bukan sekadar dari segi kosmetik. Semoga berjaya

Very well designed new hotel. Step off your bed and a floor headlight lights up. Step on bathroom floor and it’s nicely heated. Value for money. House keeping skipped 1 day of my 5 day stay even though I turned on the please housekeep my room sign. My request to get my safe fixed (likely due to low battery) was not done. I had informed I had placed nothing in the safe and this could have been fixed when I was out at my conference. Not sure if the reception staff understood what I said in English. They were all polite respectful as I was respectful to the staff. This hotel is for attending conferences it’s far from the old town sealed off by what I presume is a parking gantry. . Not walkable to old town. No 7 elevens nearby.

I thought this hotel was a fantastic value. I am a budget traveler and just want a clean, safe place with good wifi. This place was perfect for me. The location is incredible and convenient to the main attractions of the city. The farthest is the Prophet's Tomb, which is maybe a 40-45 minute walk. Everything else is just 5-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands all around, including the bottom of the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant. The room itself was perfect. I had Room 12, which has a window that opens for lots of fresh air. It opens to a room with no visible others, so you get a lot of privacy as well. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was a nice touch. I didn't see any bugs and had no problems with anything at all. The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

英語を話せるスタッフが優しくフレンドリーだったので正直に書くのが申し訳ないが全員にこのホステルは勧められない。まず看板が全くなくホテルを見つけることができない。建物の真ん中に鍵がある入り口がありそこから入るが、最初はパスワードを知らされていないので入ることができない。アプリを通して電話してしばらく待った後にやっと開けてもらえたが、せめて張り紙でもするべきだと思う。また、停電や停水がよくあった。このホテルのせいではなく近くで建設工事を行っているため停電が多いらしい。私はしょうがないと思ったが、それを気にする人はもっと高いランクのホテルに泊まったほうがいいと思う。部屋は綺麗で個室だが、ベッドがかなり硬い。洗濯機があるのだが、私が使おうと思ったらスタッフの方がまだ使っていたので私の洗濯物をあとで洗ってほしてくれることになった。しかし、しばらく洗濯物を干さずに放置していたのかとても臭くなって戻ってきた。また、洗濯物を受け取りたい時にスタッフが誰もおらず、観光に出かける時間が遅くなった。あやうくパジャマで出かけるところだった。スタッフの1人は英語を上手く話し優しかったが、このような評価を書かざるを得ない。
