HHami NguyenThis guest house is a wonderful budget-friendly option in Samarkand. It’s conveniently located near the city center, only about 2 km from Registan Square and other major attractions, making it very easy to get around. The room rates are affordable, with options for 2 or 4 guests, which is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host is incredibly kind, gentle, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning.
For easier navigation or when booking a taxi, it’s best to search for “Bilol Hotel” on Google Maps.

PPengguna Tetamu位於老城，走路3分鐘就能到公交站，比較便利，但在小巷子，有段從廣場回來的路沒有路燈，晚上走的話會有點害怕。
老闆總是樂於幫助解決各種問題，比如我想早晨煮倆雞蛋。
公共區域有飲水機可用，方便。
比我早入住的，前一天就沒有熱水，大家以為是太晚了熱水被用完了，第二天還是涼的，問了老闆説是跳閘，修好了水也就很熱了，有問題一定要及時反饋。
寫的4人間床位房，實際是5人間，大為吃驚，老闆説是平台上無法修改了。這個説法我確實無法接受。就算大標題無法修改，也可以想辦法在備註等處標明，否則有欺詐嫌疑，並且是“不可取消”的房型，錢也不退。不光女生床位，男生那邊也是5人間。
入住人多，相應公共區域衞生狀況就有點跟不上。
另外，似乎沒有見到能上鎖的個人櫃子？
老闆坐輪椅的，能經營這麼個青旅不易，價格也便宜，但確實存在上述問題。好在我衹是中轉一晚。

MMike IgWe stayed at this hotel for a few days as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (around 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30,000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and canals. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay.

LLhuaNice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price.
The spa has good facilities but is not operated properly - I had reserved in advance but when I was let in the sauna and hammam was only just turned on so nowhere near proper temperature even by the time my hour ended. Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be). The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level.
There were some drain flies in my bathroom so cleanliness also needs to be addressed.

SSonia LakNous avons passé un excellent séjour avec mon fils. L’hôtel est vraiment parfait pour découvrir la ville avec des enfants. Mention spéciale au personnel de la réception, très serviable, efficace et parlant un excellent anglais – bravo à eux ! La piscine est propre et agréable, les chambres impeccablement tenues, rien à redire sur la propreté. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une jolie vue est un vrai plus, tout comme l’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche des principaux sites sans être en plein centre, ce qui permet de profiter du calme. Une très belle adresse que je recommande vivement ! Vous pouvez donner votre linge à laver à la réception ce qui est pratique pendant un road trip en Ouzbékistan!

MMladenowskiWe were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels.
The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable.
This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

Tucked away in a quiet part of the city, it’s ideal for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable base for leisure travel. The front desk team is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day.
I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!

PPengguna TetamuLocation: excellent! It is in the same building complex as the Art Gallery Happy Bird, mentioned in Tripadvisor. Registan is about 300 m away, so after dinner I would walk there to see the illumination.
My room had 2 twin beds, was rather small but comfortable. Upon opening the windows, a cool breeze entered the room. Wi-fi was reliable and there was a water boiler for tea.
Breakfast was abundant and good. The cook, Dishoda, would make me an omelette every morning. In the same building there are restaurants and fast food/ice cream joints.
On my last day I took the train to Khiva, which departs at 11:46. The hotel allowed me to stay in the TV room, with wifi access, water and toilet facilities, for 10 hours after check out. I recommend Hotel Dyor.
