商務出行，對住的要求乾淨衞生吧，房子挺大，其他的沒啥好説的，酒店價格看自己需求吧，性價比一般吧，今年歐洲酒店都貴

Nice location with big room. Neat and tidy, easy to check in with just 3 mins walk from the train station.

The Liberty residence is in the very center of Parma but the check in process is a nightmare. The residence's area is restricted to the traffic but you have to pick up the key at Novotel, outside the restricted area, go to your residence, and , before leaving ..bring back to Novotel the key. What about tourist's car pass to restricted central areas ? None. What about tourist without car ? Should they walk kilometres with their luggage to pick up and give back the key ? Novotel awfully is saving money on customers service but they do not advice you about this check in procedure before buyng their rooms

Top location for me, good comms from Novotel.

We were so disappointed that we didn't stay at the hotel. We were only supposed to stay one night because we were on a road trip heading home. We booked it because it was located in the center of town. But when we arrived after a long day driving we found the building locked with a small sign on it saying that we had to go to the Novotel Parma to check in, which was over a mile away and an extra ten minutes in the car due to the way the one way streets work. We called that hotel and they told us that you had to check in and park your car there and then they would bring you in a shuttle to the Residence Liberty. No where on the ********** website or app did it say we would be faced with such an inconvenience. Of I had known that I would have never chosen that hotel for just one night. We ended up asking the Novotel to give is rooms there instead to make it easier on us. Bit I had to pay a lot of extra money to do so.

Helt udemærket stay i Parma. Lå super fint og trygt - med kort afstand til centrum. Lejligheden havde fin udsigt til en borg. Selve lejligheden var ikke super charmerende indrettet, men der var rart at være - og mest af alt billigt - hvilket man ikke som sådan mærkede!

Good location and very nice room but no reception so I had to deal with the mostly untrained staff in Novohotel whom give preference to their guests. Thanks to the ignorance of one of them aimwas not able to stay two more nights in a different property part of the group

A lovely little apartment that had everything I needed. It didn't cost much more than a normal hotel room, but the kitchen saved me more than the extra cost.

Il fatto di dover fare check-in e checkout al Novotel che è distante è scomodo e fa perdere molto tempo. La posizione è fantastica, a 5 minuti a piedi dal duomo, ma su tre letti due erano una brandina e un divano con reti arrangiate e scomode. Non vale il prezzo se rischiate di svegliarvi col mal di schiena.

Posto orribile non lo consiglio affatto, cattivo odore, sporco. Non è degno di una città come Parma. Inoltre il personale è veramente poco gentile, il bagno vecchio, una struttura che può essere utilizzata per le gite scolastiche a voler essere gentili. Adoperatevi per essere in linea con degli standard decente o a abbassate i prezzi

Le foto dell'appartmento non corrispondevano a quelle viste sulla preview. Edificio vecchio, con poca o totale assenza di insonorizzazione - rumori dal portone e gente nei corridoi udibile chiaramente anche se queste parlavano a voce normale. Non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio. Pulizia della casa accettabile, ma ragni al soffitto e doccino che appena aperta acqua calda ha fatto fuoriuscire residui di ruggine e acqua marroncina. Per il prezzo offerto, assolutamente sconsigliato! Non ci torneremo mai piú.

Quando si entra odore di vecchio .....forse i tappetti tendaggi .......asciugamani che puzzavano .....è andata ci serviva come punto d appoggio

Chambre correcte avec tout le confort( kitchnette integree), deco surprenante mais appreciable. Seul bemol: l'enseigne n'est pas bien identifiable dans la rue.
