The glass panels, which also serve as handrails, were particularly unappetizing and dirty. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the hotel and the service. Who even uses the stairwell these days? "Questioning the four stars. Have contacted the industry association to ask how they can be classified so high. No seating in the room. So many staff, but little service and guest space. Slightly dusty in public areas and dried plants. Chose the hotel for the nice pictures. Thought there was more guest space to sit in. The "lounge", which is actually the lobby, is occupied by a dry desk, where one of the staff sits at. This means that guests can sit on a small sofa next to working staff. You never know. it is the person at the desk or at the reception who will help you. They charge EUR 16 PER DAY for animals. But no welcome gift or anything. Breakfast must be pre-ordered. If you don't ask, you get the same things all the time. Two of the staff who would rather talk to each other. Forget to give you things. Not allowed to wash clothes in the bathroom, as it can ruin the floor?! Marble floors have always been able to handle wet! Refers to the laundry room cleaner. Feels more like they want to be snobbish than they can live up to. Rock hard bed and pillows. If you try to ask for information, you get strange answers that have nothing to do with the matter. In other words, there is a lack of the little extra everywhere in this place."

"Great hotel to stay while traveling through Italy. It was cheap , but the room and bathroom were spacious enough. Dogs are welcome, and parking is for free just in front of the hotel. There was even a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast is included and good enough. The negative aspects is that the hotel feels a bit run down. And when having a shower, the water leaked out on the floor. The tiled floor was cold, and it would have been nice to have a pair of slippers. That being said, I'd go back again, as it was worth it, price and service wise."

"A modern hotel right next to the train station. The room is bright and quite spacious. The staff is friendly, but a bit slow and confused when checking in, even though there were four administrators. But this is not critical. Breakfast is sufficient. Convenient sockets by the bed. For me, the only serious minus was the lack of hair conditioner in the bathroom. There is shampoo, shower gel, and liquid soap. There is no conditioner. And I noticed this after washing my hair. Unpleasant. And personally, I do not really like the fact that they are not in individual bottles, but in large containers, albeit branded. The shampoo seems to be sulfate-free, it does not foam well."
