It was a very large hotel with a luxurious lobby, and although the room was the lowest grade, it was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and had a bathtub! For Japanese people, a bathtub is really appreciated. There was also a kettle, tea and coffee, and welcome potato chips, which made me excited 🥰"

Our suite is spacious with a small kitchen and a living area. Books and pictures inside the room add homely feel!! The front desk staff are very very helpful. The reception area is also tastefully designed and furnished. A very good choice for us indeed and we would recommend Palazzo to all our friends visiting Parma."
