Ulasan Alps Guesthouse at 150 Newport Blvd Near T3

I seldom leave less than stellar reviews, however, this place had a moderate amount of roaches. That’s a little out of their control, but the amount of roach corpses in the cupboards, sills, even in the fridge is not. The room looked nothing like the picture, they painted and there’s splatter all over the chairs tables, furniture, I will not stay here again, regardless of price and location. I left a lot out, like the leaking ac unit she just put a trash can under and the fact that it uses actual keys, I thought key cards or smart locks were required to be available on trip. Nice view, but the fan outside is so loud! Stay across the street at Savoy and avoid this place.

Place is comfy and cozy. The host is accommodating and helpful. The room is well cleaned and arranged. Had a great stay in this place.

The location is great,near Ninoy Aquino Terminal Airport Terminal 3. The place is so neat and very relaxing…Everything is perfect However there is no amneties such as toothbrush,towel… Thank you!

At first the lobby was cool and smelled clean. Then once we turned the corner to the elevator, it got hot and muggy. Got to the room and was surprised on how spacious it was. Turned in the light to the bedroom and looked in the closet and seen two roaches trying to hide. Didn’t sleep and sat at the table all night. Was killing roaches instead of sleeping. I left 3 1/2hrs before checkout. Once I booked a new stay, I left fast!

Looks like they know the door has a problem of getting stuck but never fix it. There's one time where my wife can't even open the door because the key got stuck and wint budge. I tried to call the sponsor many times but never answer. It took them almost 30 mins to respond.

Очень удобно расположен если вам нужно вылетать из терминала 3 до него можно дойти пешком через наземный переход ( 5-7 минут от дома) Симпатичный новый район с огромным количеством кафе, магазинов, торговый центр, кинотеатр, казино Мы жили в квартире на 7 этаже, все работало исправно, отдельное спасибо за Netflix и супер спасибо за ранний заезд Хозяин дружелюбный и моментально отвечает на сообщения Никакого залога, быстрое заселение что намного удобнее чем снимать отель Обязательно остановимся там в следующий раз

Выбирали квартиру на один день, чтобы было поближе к терминалу 3. Достаточно хороший вариант, до аэропорта дошли пешком минут за 10. Из минусов, как и везде в Маниле — тараканы, также немного трудно было найти местоположение квартиры
