Perkhidmatan hotel ini sangat prihatin. Daftar masuk adalah sangat ketat, dan suhu peribadi juga diambil. Bilik itu agak lama. Hanya ada satu tandas di dalam tong sampah. Tidak ada yang lain. Menyusahkan untuk membuang sampah. Ini adalah kekurangannya, dan kemudahannya sudah lama. , Perlu diperbaharui, penghawa dingin sangat sejuk, tidak dihidupkan, tidak juga dihidupkan, ia adalah penghawa dingin terbina dalam, ia sangat sejuk untuk meniup di atas katil!

Thank you very much trip booking app for lowest,cheapest hotel booking..I hope next time when a client books for a suite room there is a privilege for a suite service I mean quality like asking for extra bath mat for the toilet/jacuzzi for the safety of the client they want to charge extra.

The view of the room and lighting is relaxing. The food is really good and its worth for its price. Its just in our stay, they are the one who is keeping the key in our room due to safety purposes and i think this caused hassle to them every time we go out. But all in all, it was a nice stay for couple of days and what i liked about this hotel is the location, very accessible.

We got the Game of Thrones Room on a very last minute booking, but was pleased to have an Awesome Karaoke Machine Setup, Dinner Lounge, Throne Room (with Sword), A Nice Jacuzzi, and a Double King Sized Bed. Super Amazing Facility... Discreet even with Covered Parking. Best Room, Ever!! 11/10 would book for Date Night again!

房間很乾凈 服務也好有無線網 但是不快 性價比很高

We were left with no choice but to check in since there are no more public transport we can avail going back to the province on a Thursday midnight. Here is my experience: We were expecting there is a room available since we were asked to pay upfront immediately, but we spent half an hour at the waiting area with no word on when our room will be available. (We're so sleepy already) After we were finally in our room and preparing to sleep already, we received a call from the front desk, asking us to pay a 100 peso on top of our initial payment for the so called 'weekend rate' that they said they missed to collect, although it is just Friday morning 12:++ am. I asked if we could just pay it when we check out in the morning, but they did not agree, saying they will send a room boy to collect the additional fee. We waited but the room boy did not arrive, so I went to the front desk to pay it, so we can go to our much needed sleep. The room is proper aside from the few small cockroaches from the sink, which we can live with; but the service could be a lot better if the staff would be more considerate.

The hotel was clean and today and the staff where extra good the food was good too highly recommend

Below are my pros and cons for Hotel Ava: Pros: 1) Good location. near public transportation (bus station, gil puyat lrt station, jeepneys, etc.). Also near MOA. 1 tricycle or jeep away. 2) Overall clean room including the bathroom. Lots of lights and mirrors because it's a motel. Has study table 3) aircon is good (window air conditioner type). Room is cold. 4) TV has cable so you could watch some movies. 5) They have toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush), paper cup for hot/cold water, soap, shampoo, towel, two sets of slippers, shower heater, two bottled water 6) This is a motel so you can check-in anytime and they informed me that checkout is 24 hours. 7) lots of restaurants nearby so it's cheaper to eat. 8)Multiple electric outlets. There's a one universal so it's a plus. Cons: 1) has safety deposit box but not working. 2) Since this is a motel, everytime you go out, the front desk will ask you if you are a guest or not. So you always need to say that you have a room. It's like asking your parent's/guardian's permission to go out. 3) Only 1 keycard 4) Thin bedsheet. The mattress and blanket is average. Not good. Not that bad. 5) Bathroom is seriously slippery. You need to be extra careful because this part of the room seems to be accident prone. I only stayed for a night but I slipped like 6 times in the bathroom door if I'm not mistaken. By the way, I was using their slippers. 6) No water refilling station.
