"I stayed at Urban Travellers Hotel for 3 days. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient and situated in a good area, making it easy to get around. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to other travelers."

You get for what you pay including room, and food . No window and colours of the wall good for lovers. The location is convenient for church and mall and to the airport . However for picky person better select a place where you feel safe. This is located in a very narrow street. Customer service staff is perfectly friendly. Breakfast is not many selection and can only get one time . The only thing that make unforgettable is to krysztal meet Mr. Michael from England in the swimming pool. A very friendly person .

It was good, but the lights are a bit dim. I hope they replace it with a new one☺️

Nice for some travellers who wants to have access with MLRT. Breakfast is nice also. It is just the water in shower room is not working properly.

I’d like to commend the staffs. They are all polite and helpful. The moment we arrived and departed, they were always there to help us with our luggages. Even the cleaning staff, whenever you meet them in the hallways, they will always greet you with a smile. The staffs are all helpful and nice. Only the downside for me, the room that we stayed at is quite outdated, can hear the honks of the car outside, and the water in the bathroom is not properly draining well. We stayed here for our layover and wanted to sleep. The bed is properly done, however, it was itchy. The aircon is good. Freaking cold. There is toiletries provided ( toothbrush, toothpaste,soap and shampoo) The toilet is clean but the tissue in the toilet was already used as well. Disappointed with the breakfast as well. Should’ve plated breakfast, however, the supposed 1 dish was not served. We were only served with eggs because we can’t eat hotdogs (pork). I hope the management can do something about the food.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. Their professionalism made a positive first impression.

Urban Travellers Hotel is a nice place to stay with decent amenities that make for a comfortable visit. Rooms are nice albeit a bit outdated. The air conditioning was cold and nice, I had to lower it since it's a bit to cold for me. Also has a separate table which you can use to eat at and has a separate wardrobe for your clothes. If you are a light sleeper, the room I was in was leaking in noise from the main road,so bear that in mind. It wasn't too noisy that you can't relax but you can definitely hear cars honking and passing by. Complementary breakfast is 1 viand and 1 egg, it is paired with garlic rice and pansit which are unlimited. Soup is also provided. Coffee is unlimited too if you are into that.

The room was clean, the swimming pool is quite small but still good. Very accessible to public transport and vehicls.. Has narrow street going in, when using grab better to get off and walk from Taft MRT station rather than going thru the iskinita na mashikep. Polite staffs. Thank u for the experience. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured remarkably comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable—nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of popular landmarks. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet; it had a huge variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay!

The location is great though the room is value for money . If the air in is quiet it will be more comfortable

The staff of hotel is good,but not so clean,in the aircon not good Condition

This is my second time to book here. The place is near baclaran and MRT station and it’s near the airport. Convenient for grab a car too. If you plan for staying a night, I recommend here. It’s clean and staff is nice too. Quick to check in and check out. Also, it includes plated breakfast and have a rooftop swimming pool which you can enjoy for staycation. The room is spacious and clean. It has cabinet, slippers, toiletries, TV and ref. The bed and pillows are also comfortable to use, so can get a good sleep. While, the toilet flush is also clean but it looks like they used different water for flush which dirtier from bidet but no bad odor. Overall, it’s affordable and good to stay.
