Ulasan Urban Travellers Hotel

Not the newest hotel. The corners of the room were a little dusty with a musty smell but the beddings, toilet, and shower were clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast buffet was ok. I'd book it again if on a budget. 👍🏼

Nice room, great stay. We loved the place and very recommendable. Accessible to nearby malls and cities. Food was also delicious 😊

the staff are very accommodating and kind

It’s a good place to stay especially if just overnight or quick place to rest. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is very cool. It may look old from the outside but everything was okay. There’s also a complementary water inside the ref. Plus slippers and towel that you can use. We weren’t able to access the amenities but they have billiards and karaoke place. Will definitely book again.

This is our second time in Urban. Staffs from Pantry they are very accomodating specially to my kids. Other rooms need to be well sanitized and renovated.

Very accommodating staff. We arrived 3 hours early before check-in but were able to leave our baggage. A great relief. Breakfast was ok, just that the brewd coffee does not taste as coffee😀. I needed to add two sachets for it to have coffee taste (for coffee person maybe). The room was clean. Just a little more cleaning along the stairs is needed. Over-all, we were satisfied. Thank you very much for accommodating us.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is excellent since near the train station and easy access for transport. We are alone in the pool, unfortunately there is no kiddie pool. The free breakfast are goods too. Thank you & surely coming back.

The ambiance of the room its so refreshing and airconditioninh really works well. And the pool its very cozy

Nice swimming pool and bar

Very noisy room. The aircon was too noisy like a spinning mill factory.

Stayed for 3 days in this hotel staff are really helpful and accommodating. Hotel is budget friendly as well as free access to the swimming pool.. I would definitely recommend this hotel with my friends..
