The duty of the morning staff was very bad. The drinking water they gave tasted very dirty and bad smelling

Hotel staff was not polite, without the concept of guests, didn’t care for guests problems, food was served in cracked utensils, food served uncovered from kitchen to room despite requests. Location of hotel in front of car repair shop which made huge noise of denting and painting work. Room not changed despite request. Outside food not allowed in the hotel. You can’t eat non veg food in the hotel. I won’t stay in this hotel in future.

While my stay at the hotel had some areas for improvement, there were still some positives to highlight. The rooms, while cozy, could benefit from a more pleasant scent, and the washrooms could use a little sprucing up. However, the staff were responsive and attentive, promptly assisting me when i needed an ac remote. Overall, with a few tweaks, this hotel could provide an even more enjoyable experience for its guests.

It was good stay. I am coming to thus hotel since last 4 years now. Hospitality is good. Food can be improved more. Coffee was really bad. Bed sheet and blanket can be more clean. Blanket needs to be washed regularly. Hairs were there on bed sheet.

We got stuck in an elevator and no one was there to help for a good 20-30 mins. We could have died, the service is poor, the rooms are dirty and mostly all the things are broken. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
