The hotel cleanliness was terrible, toiletries and towels were not provided. The caretakers were giving excuse of hotel being totally filled and lack of staff to provide adequate and decent assistance. TVs were non functional, bed sheets were not changed. The location is horrible where you have to use lot of stairs to reach hotel entrance, vehicle cannot go upto hotel entrance. The food was average, overall it was a wastage of money and stay could not justify the price.

The hotel is terrible, food is worst, cleanliness is very bad. Hotel staff is not at all professional, they can walk into your room without consent.

I book at misty pines but the owner did not gave us rooms. I did not have mobile network so couldnt contact customer care. He gave us shabby rooms at another property nearby. It was pathetic. No hygiene at all.

I am not getting hot water supply properly due to geiger not working. I am staying for 2 nights but housekeeping has not done. My room bedsheets also do not change.

Amenities given were just for name. No indoor games, no bonfire and if opt for room heater it's chargeable. Wifi provided were of different hotel name himalaya view which was limited to 1 person.
