First and last experience of Centara hotels - complete ripoff . Has to be one of the worst managed 4 star hotels ever been to. Checkin 3pm, loads of guests waiting in lobby area to checkin, receptionists all over the place-headless chickens. Seemed to be mainly young girls/early twenties with very little experience at reception and were under a lot of pressure, it was complete chaos with a woman called Noon, in charge. Majority of clientele either elderly western men and their new Thai girlfriend or groups of young Indian men with a lot in each room. Extremely noisy hotel, didn't get much sleep, breakfast very bland and poor quality, that is unless you like Indian food at the Indian breakfast on the 2ndfloor. Surplus Indian food also served at breakfast downstairs. Very little and bland Thai food. Even the fruit had no real flavour. Poor quality tea and coffee etc. The problem at this hotel they are very focussed on cleanliness and serving things at the right temperature etc, receptionists wearing fully vaccinated covid badges and all crazy rules and regulations, that the flavour,standard and quality is sacrificed. Reminded me of 4 star hotels in India. This is clearly their market, and if you want an unpleasant vibe, with rundown rooms and broken fixtures and fittings all over the place, you will love it here! Pool area very small and again everything disorganised. Unless you want a Thaigirl friend or to join loads of young single Indian men, stay elsewhere. Nothing like Thailand. Whole place needs new management ,and a complete refurbishment and probably a name change aswell. If you are an Indian tourist and want to feel like you are back home you'll love it!! Just see who leaves the positive reviewson tripadvisor and you soon get a realistic feel...

Absolutely superb and the staff at helping and they always look after me.The house keepers and cleaning is top notch.Best hotel I’ve stayed in and I will be sad when I go back home.My room is so clean and immaculately cleaned every day and I will certainly be back here again because it’s the best.

Not really clean room, and the rooms are pretty old. Other than that we liked the hotel. The territory and pools are amazing! Strongly recommend to visit with kids
