It was good location, easy check in. The common areas are a bit dirty. And the towels are cheap quality. Other than that it’s ok

Very nice location at the city center. Restaurant, Central Mall, shops, Pubs, and the sand beach just around the Apartment. The rooms size is good. Just the basin is design wrong water pipe, very hard to clean the hand. 位於市中心非常好的位置。 公寓周圍有餐廳、中央購物中心、商店、酒吧和沙灘。 房間大小很好。 只是面盆的水管設計錯誤，手很難清洗。

Great rooms and nice view of the surrounding area. I like the apartment

1. The service is very good. You can check in earlier (depending on the availability of services). 2. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. 3. Below hotel there is a minimart and a convenient restaurant. 4. Got a high floor room with a view of Pattaya. 5. The room can keep sound around 70-80%. Can't hear outside sounds. And the younger room is very private. ** If i go to Pattaya again maybe i will stay this hotel again **

Even remote the service was excellent. Roof swimming pool is amazing to relax as well the sky lounge

Location and cleanliness is fantastic. Great gym facilities with nice city and sea view. However does not come with room service and amenities like sauna and steam room unserviceable most of the time.

Went here thinking that it was a hotel, but it is actually a condominium. This means there are no front desk, staff, and room service. Must say that the person operating and communicating with me was very helpful. Had to add and chat with them through whatsapp. When you arrive you have to ask for a code to unlock the mailbox which contains the key to the room. Overall pleased with the room and facilities. They had tissues, towels, and a regrigerator, and the room was very clean. They also have parking spaces and guards who were also very helpful. :)

It’s nice place to stay everything so near so convenient .also the view so great next time for sure will stay again .

This wasn’t hotel. Which wasn’t the end of the world. I know i know my ignorance. Otherwise ok.

it's NOT AN HOTEL : it's an apartment privately (chinese) owned and managed by a local company (very well managed indeed) ; closer from 20m² than 30m² ... with nice view on 20th floor of the apartment residence. the apartment has a kitchen and bathroom, you can cook there. ＞ add the tel number of contact to your wechat, it helps the procedure. ＞ the management agent will send you the whole procedure to check in and check out. it's self check in and out, VERY EASY. A small room that’s dark in interior. The Capet towel, and drainage at the bathroom was a bit smelly. The towels they provided were old and soft with fading colour. It could be great they could make some change. There’s no reception and you’d need to wait while checking in. Other than that, everything else was alright esp. for small group or couples.

It confuses me to how to check-in. But others are excellent.

There is no room cleaning, no hand washing soap, and the quality of the towel is poor

The apartment at EDGA exceeded expectations. It was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.The facilities in the apartment complex were impressive. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a refreshing retreat, while the fitness center provided modern equipment for staying active. Overall, the facilities enhanced our experience and added value to our stay at Sunshine Retreat.
