Right in the heart of Soi Buakhao, the place is old and a bit tired but the rooms are fine. Mostly old crumpled up folks by the pool when we were there but nothing to worry about.

Nice position friendly people in reception, good room, everything positive

I've stayed in this hotel many times and as always had a very good experience. The staff are really helpful & friendly, the room was fine, I was able to check in a little early, which was nice and the location is a winner. The only downside, if you're driving, is the parking, which is really tight. It's a real problem getting in and out at times. Othe that that, it's a very good option in this part of Pattaya.

Not so good, no kettle, no coffee or green tea. They just provided the bed nothing else.

it was a good hotel. seems like a bit old property but was well maintained. good location. 10 mins tuk tuk away from walking street and the beach

Good clean hotel for the price

Room is spacious but quite old. There is a swimming pool. Near walking street and Bali Hai ferry station to Kok Larn island. Located on the street with many bars/pubs, girl/man shows, not suitable for family traveling with kids (imo)

Great place to be, if you want to be near the night life, the restaurant food us good and everything is reasonably priced, 15 min walk from the beach. 5 min on the baht bus and you will down towards the market, across from the market, the is dot con, a cheap place to get your computer fixed,

Great location, cheap rate, nice pool and quiet so you can sleep at night.

We like this hotel very much the customer who stay in this hotel mostly old people but nice people and friendly. But The Myanmar stuff and the reception stuff is quite rude. They don't greet you in the morning or anytime. Thank you

Right in the heart of Pattaya bath buses at your feet, walking distance to everything, because it's so big it is beautiful and quiet , friendly staff ,cannot fault it , 2x 7-11 metres away , security boxes, huge rooms in no 3 , if you want five star look elsewhere

Initial room was dark and damp. But they did manage to put me in another. Lots of room. Pool gets shade in the early afternoon. Safety box behind the desk only.
