Great location right in the centre of Pattaya nightlife good value accommodation small rooms but adequate Nice pool

Bathroom shower head little old but everything else is good

Great location. But very old, very noisy. But cheap so value for money in the middle of psttaya.

We were in the very end room of Sutus Court 5 which overlooks Soi Lengkee so it's quite noisy if you like to go to bed early !! We only paid £30 for 2 nights so can't complain. The bed was comfortable enough, the shower adequate.

Large room modest but comfortable, gentle staff, a bit noisy nighttime but you got any possible service around you

Coming to Thailand many times and in Pattaya Sutus Court is my home far away from home. So to many other short and long staying gringos . I love the Thai hospitality at Sutus Court at the best place in Pattaya with 2 swimming pools around 7 buildings owned by the hotel.

Good experience and excellent service. Bit noisy regarding the night life but I would book again. The staff are exceptional and enjoy banter.

If you can stand the noise at night, it's a good deal. Otherwise, you can upgrade your room.

The location is very convenient. The price is cheaper than other facilities. The facilities are simple but they have a pool. Most rooms have balconies so you can smoke on the balcony.

Good location, but can be loud at night depending on your room. Bar music playing till at least 2:00 a.m..Good internet speeds. Friendly staff. Restaurants and pools. Rooms are all varying quality, but for the price, it's a fair value.

Decent budget hotel with two swimming pools near the nightlife of Soi Buakhow. Rooms are dated but comfortable. Big fridge. Friendly, efficient staff.
