Offered a decent standard of comfort and service that was suitable for an overnight stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my stay. The lobby area was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating options available for guests. The room I was assigned was clean and adequately sized. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. Although the room decor was basic and lacked a personal touch, it was functional and not met all the necessary requirements for a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which was included in the room rate. The quality of the food was average, and the dining area was clean and well-organized. However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve the amenities with new ones. no toothbrush on toilet you need to call and get one. Overall, the Average Quality Hotel provided a decent overnight stay experience. While it may not have been exceptional, it offered a reliable and comfortable option for a night's rest. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with basic amenities, this hotel would be a suitable choice.

It was a perfectly decent hotel, very comfortable for a one-night stay in the city. There are several restaurant nearby.

Very good , my stay was amaizing , with a very nice staff team. i was missed on the street 2 times and they send me the bus to pick me up for free ! they hotel is around good restaurants and very close to the airport .

住過維也納當中較差的，前台非常不禮貌，用眼晴直勾勾的看着人，不會打招呼，冷冰冰的不熱情，他們自己吹得不易樂呼，熱水太小，根本洗不成澡！熱水太小，根本洗不成澡！熱水太小，根本洗不成澡！桌子也是搖搖晃蕩的、點了一點餐來，送餐的服務員都壞一跳，湯差點酒都灑了一地！

要趕早班機選了維也納，也是在克拉瑪依對維也納印象極好，酒店服務很到位，免費接送機，司機師傅很奈思，讓客人覺得很親切。房間也蠻好。

位置不錯，離首都機場近但是不吵，有接送機服務比較貼心，早餐也行，除了房間隔音效果差一點沒毛病。中轉需要還是可以的。

完完全全超出我的想象，離機場距離近 ，客房大 ，服務好 ，乾淨衞生。早餐豐富 。接機的師傅和藹可親。性價比太高了 👍🌹 設施：不錯 衞生：很好 環境：離機場距離近 服務：真心不錯
