Small friendly hotel one minute walk to beach. Breakfast available and excellent coffee. Rooms are clean, airy and all have views. T. V. and AC.

An inexpensive hotel in a secret style. The room has everything you need to stay for a couple of nights. Air conditioning, shower, bed. The pillow is not very comfortable, and the sheet slides on the mattress, so it was a little unusual to sleep. Will I come back here again? Unlikely. But there is no negativity left either

Honey house 3 is great for the money! Breakfasts are the same and portioned, but for this money it is good, it will do (only without fruit, but you can buy cheap ones nearby, mango 40b, watermelon 20b quarter, etc. The hotel has good coffee for 45 baht. The sea is across the road, the water is quite clean for Pattaya, especially before 12:00. Opposite the house you can pour water from the machine, 5 liters 5 baht. There is no hair dryer and kettle in the room, but we took a small hair dryer and a kettle with us. We had dinner nearby at the markets, 100-150 baht per person (the closest one to the left along the beach street (the big market jomtien). The rooms are good, the beds do not creak (you can choose a room with two bedrooms a little more expensive), clean (every day they clean, and bring 2 bottles of water, change 2 large towels), there is a refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. You can pay for the room through Booking upon check-in, but we immediately paid in the trip app. Take slippers with you from the Russian Federation, they don't give them here, and, possibly, hangers (there are 3 of them in the room). Sun loungers on the beach 50-100 baht per day. Next time we will definitely come here.

The good thing is the location.

The location is great, across the road is the beach and if you go a little to the left, there will be a very quiet and clean piece of beach, without boats, between two fenced areas of water, where it is good to swim and boats do not pass by. There are few amenities in the room - no kettle and hair dryer, Spartan. Clean, air conditioning works well, no smell of dampness in the room. Breakfast is simple and without choice - fried egg, sausages ham, tea or coffee from a bag, juice, toast. Nearby is a super cafe Peine! Everything is very, very tasty and the atmosphere is very pleasant

Near the sea but need to walk a bit. The room does not have a sea view. The room is a bit old. Budget price, convenient.

At this price, with this kind of facilities and location, I am very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. It is a two-minute walk from the beach. There is a supermarket downstairs. It is also very quiet when sleeping at night. The air conditioner is very quiet.
