Lovely hotel, great location. The pools are really amazing and very family oriented. They have authors every hour which is quite good, close to the beat y and some other points of interest. Really good price for the quality of the hotel

Good fitness centre, good breakfast, nice cosy room. Mattress too soft. Free shuttle every hour to Jomtian beach 1.5km away. Popular with young families with kids. Nothing much nearby. 7-11 and Tops are 10 min walking distance. Also a few local eatery + self service laundry next to Tops.

The room is very spacious, giving everyone in the family plenty of space to relax. Unfortunately, the bedroom balcony was unusable due to bird droppings. The kids loved the bunk bed! The water park is medium-sized but still lots of fun. The resort is lush with big trees. I spotted some insects and a large wasp nest near the pool seating area, but the staff removed it the next day. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Good location but 7-11 shop is a bit far. It took about 15 min walk there with no street light. There are few amenities in the room. You have to ask the staff for it if you want. The room and pool are old and not clean as I expected.

During our stay, there was a seminar group stayed in the same period, so there caused a lot of noise and unpleasant staying. They also had a loud party till 22:00, or maybe a bit later. However, the staffs were super super nice here, they offered us a room upgraded and early check in without charge. The breakfast was great, but always busy.

Pros: nice spacious room; good variety of choices for breakfast; 24hour help desk and very responsive customer service; kids activities; complimentary snack service; kids play area; mobile app of the hotel was convenient Cons: location is quite far from beach but there is a free shuttle every hour to the beach but this bus does not go to Jomtien central area; quite a walk to convenient store or restaurant (used grab app for deliveries to solve this problem); the hotel has an event hall so weekend nights were quite noisy I would recommend this hotel to people who are traveling with kids and not planning on doing much sightseeing.

Alot for the money. Has a large posh 5 star looking lobby. Rooms where decent. Nothing stands out. Very far from everything. Need bolt even to go 7 eleven else u will be walking in the dark. A nice facility but not a convient location

Overall this hotel is a good value for money. I can’t with my friend for a music festival. At the beginning we got the wrong room. It took us some time but eventually the room was replaced and after that the stay was pleasant. It’s important to pay attention the location is not very convenient, there is nothing close within walking distance but at least 1.5km away. In the hot weather it’s impossible to walk and car is needed to go out every time. The breakfast was very good though with lots of options both Chinese and western. Another point I think is important to mention - there are no tooth brushes and tooth pastes in the room, also no decent shampoo and conditioner. Just one soap dispenser in every room which contains “body gel+ shampoo” as one. I would suggest to bring your own. Overall good value for money.

Not really clean room, and the rooms are pretty old. Other than that we liked the hotel. The territory and pools are amazing! Strongly recommend to visit with kids

The hotel has a kids’ club, children swimming pool that children enjoyed. Good breakfast.

Good location and quiet olace for working while have them on family

The hotel was nice, the room was spacious but outdated. Need big renovations. The pool was closed for maintenance the day after we checked in. We didn’t know that the pool would be closed at the time of booking. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Kids club is small and No staff there and there was a sign said temporary closed
