The resort is very very nice. Unfortunately we arrived a day late due to flights but wish we could have stayed longer.

Schönes kleines Hotel mitten in lamai.Es hat eine schöne Hotelanlage und sehr freundliches Personal.In zwei Minuten erreicht man die Hauptstraße mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Bars und Restaurants.

Хороший wifi. Отдельная кухня. Есть плитка для приготовления еды, холодильник. Кондиционер с вентилятором.

Hôtel splendide, avec une chambre énorme et une superbe piscine. Le luxe à un prix abordable.

Location right in the centre Lamai down a quiet street. Everything is a short walk away,bars,restaurants,markets and shops. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette for long stays. Ceiling fan was very welcome with air con in the hot weather. The bed was just too hard for me, even after the very helpful manager had fit a topper. Hotel was popular with families so at times a bit noisy round the pool. When no families the pool area was very relaxing.

Everything about this stay was great. We loved having the extra kitchen available to us. The beds were decently comfy, as we have slept on some rock hard beds in our travels - however, these ones were not bad! We loved the amount of towels and extras they gave us to ensure we felt stocked up (water bottles, soap, coffee, etc). The staff was so lovely and wonderful and the pool was dreamy! We wish we could have stayed here longer!

Spent 12 days here and were very happy. Excellent location in the centre of lamai but quiet and peaceful. Not far from the beach, supermarket just around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff dud an excellent job. The place was spotless. The apartment is huge with a separate kitchen, very effective aircon. Well equipped. Only complaint would be the beds are hard and uncomfortable. However they manager did try to rectify the issue and moved us to another room. Lovely pool with lots of plants and trees but unfortunately a bit lacking in sunbeds. 8 beds for approx 30 apartments. Luckily the place was quiet while we were there. All in all a lovely place and would gladly return

Warm, friendly staff, very clean and tidy. Close to all amenities.

We really have nothing against children. But screaming toddlers on vacation? No thanks. If in the future no restrictions e.g. children only from 10 years or so, are made, we will change the hotel in the future as a 2 month regular guest. On *********** it is explicitly advertised that children of all ages are welcome. In January, there were at times 20 children (up to about 6 years) at the same time!!! We don't have to put up with that. With rest and relaxation, it is unfortunately over in this otherwise very nice hotel. For this 3 stars deduction.

There is really nothing to say against the hotel. But since bookable via *********** are now many small children there, who are often very very loud when playing. Especially the older regulars would be happy if children were only allowed from 10 years or so. With rest and relaxation it is unfortunately over. For this 3 stars deduction.

location is good but beds hard and uncomfortably

Be Aware!! This place add on (as one of very few places in this area) costs for electricity and water, on the price you have agreed with them at first!! There are many places with similar (or better) standard and nearer the beach with better prices. And none of them do like this with the electricity and water. I was a regular for many years, but I got tired of this behaviour. Now Im regular at another place that knows the value of regular guests!
