Great location with a mall and night market nearby! The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, but the shower area could use a door. Staff member PRIM was friendly, polite, and had a lovely, welcoming smile!

As always, everything was just superb: location, service, staff, and diverse breakfasts to suit all tastes. Massage parlors, eateries, fruit stands, and shopping centers are all within walking distance.

From the very first moment I arrived, Nawa greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. But what really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful Nawa was throughout my entire stay. It wasn’t just about doing the job – it was the little things that showed real care. For example, Nawa remembered my preference for a quiet room without even being asked, and made sure I got one. Each morning, Nawa would ask how I slept and if I needed anything extra, always with that bright, friendly energy. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. Nawa always remembered my name, always asked about my day, and always made sure I had everything I needed before I even asked. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with such genuine warmth and kindness. Thanks to Nawa, my stay wasn’t just comfortable – it was heartwarming. I will definitely come back, and I will strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends. Nawa is a true asset to your team – please recognise this wonderful staff member!

This is my second stay here, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a balcony, parking, and a swimming pool available for guests. The rooms are also larger than average hotels.

I liked the location, cleanliness, the charming and intimate hotel, the free mini-bar, good beds, bedding, and towels. The breakfasts were very diverse, leaning more towards European, but absolutely delicious!!! What I didn't like: a ginger-colored, mustachioed cockroach named Valera shared our room. Also, if there were bathrobes, it would be convenient to walk to the pool (which you access through the main reception area). And the soundproofing between rooms was very, very poor.

A beautiful and very clean hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. As for the location: Terminal 21 is just a 5-minute walk away. There are tons of cafes, shops, and currency exchange offices nearby. The beach is about a 15-minute walk. The pool is really great!

The environment is great, 10/10, and the transportation is very convenient. However, the staff's room assignment process is seriously problematic. I originally booked two rooms, and they assigned one to building A and the other to building B. I naturally thought their entire process was flawed and had to argue with them. After much reluctance, they finally gave us two rooms on the same floor. This was right at the beginning of the room assignment period, so it would have been perfectly possible to accommodate my request. I don't understand why they had to do that. Strange staff.

Good hotel, everything is nearby, lots of shops and massage parlors. There's a shopping mall and the central beach close by, though you can't really swim there.

Always a pleasure at One Patio, every staff member is delightful and up for a chat. The restaurant, pool, location and rooms are fabulous and keep me coming back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely impressed! All the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were complete. Most importantly, the location is fantastic – close to the mall, making it super convenient for shopping and finding restaurants. We traveled with family on this trip and booked three rooms in total. Everyone was very impressed; we had a comfortable and happy stay. If we have the chance to visit Pattaya again, we will definitely come back to stay here. 😊
