Very nice hotel, with clean room and brand new pool on the rooftop! Very nice sunset from there.

❌ BLOCKED SINK + BROKEN TOILET - REFUSES TO FIX ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I EVER STAYED AT. TOO MUCH TROUBLE This is more of a guesthouse type establishment , not sure why they try and brand themselves as a hotel. This is more expensive compared to other places I stayed at here in Pattaya. PROS: 30ish mins walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the Soho town. CONS: *check out time is 11:30am - every other hotel is 12pm.. they really want to cut off 30mins? Wow *night club right beside hotel - can hear music and people outside, difficult to get any rest. At 6am there are still many people on the street waiting to go home *dirty room , not cleaned beforehand *very old furniture *depressing, dull looking room *SINK COMPLETELY BLOCKED when I checked in, and takes at least an hour for the water to drain. Then next morning it was completely clogged. *TOILET WON'T FLUSH - was working before but randomly stopped.. flushed twice then no water in the tank, had to refill the water myself - no help from staff *told reception about the broken bathroom but seem very indifferent as if I am a big inconvenience to them - you guys took money from me but don't want to deliver? *LIED ABOUT FIXING SINK - they lied about the engineer coming and fixing the sink. I told them about the issue and they said they will come take a look at it. When I came back during the evening it was still still blocked. Nothing was fixed. It wasn't until I went back down to reception a 2nd time and told them the sink was unusable that they actually went on the phone and called the engineer guy to come, I waited in the lobby for him, so I can make sure they aren't lying again. The guy DID come this time, thankfully - he unscrewed the pipes to unblock the water, and to drain the hair that was clogging it. He told me the previous person staying there was most likely cutting his hair in the sink. He also used cotton buds to clean the hole and took out more hair obstructing the entrance. A 2nd person came with a plunger for Christ sake. I ended up tipping the engineer when he left to thank him for helping me. He was a young fella, nice, polite, and didn't complain about the job. *LIED ABOUT FIXING TOILET - see above, I have to refill the tank with water myself in order to flush the toilet. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. You took my money and gave me a room that isn't livable. *VERY DISHONEST RECEPTION (see above) Never been to such a hotel where the equipment was so bad.. people are actually paying you money for a room, they don't want to waste time complaining to you about this and that, just a quick place to crash for the night. Instead I had to go to reception over and over again and tell them the problems that should have been fixed before I even checked in. This place caused me a lot of trouble. Why is it so difficult to fix the bathroom so other customers don't encounter this silly nonsense? DON'T RECOMMEND - plenty of other cheaper places to stay, and they have the same amenities, also bigger and cleaner rooms with balcony. I would completely AVOID this guesthouse by all means.

Hotel is far to walk from Activity point,( the seaside markets, bars & happening) .. Otherwise, hotel is good in terms of ambience, cleanliness & peace.. Breakfast is not too great...

A not bad location away from either hustle and bustle Pattaya city and bus station (Pattaya ＜＞Ekamai BTS Station for a self guided tour), walk on foot distance either way for around 20 minutes! Perhaps its roof top 7F under construction, the outdoor swimming pool is kind of lack of maintenance, still this is friendly, spacious and a reasonable price hotel for staying a couple of nights there and having some fun (nearby Pattaya Tiffany Show, massage streets and shopping center)in Pattaya.

Great price for the amenities. Friendly staff, and clean rooms. The bus station that takes you to Bangkok city and airport is also closeby. Ñ

One side of hotel is extremely noisy days and nights. Because of quiet old windows. The other side facing golf is ok.

Need to improve the swimming pool and fitness center larger!!

Very small and old rooms trip is fooling people

I am satisfied with the room and room service but but not satisfied by the day shift front desk lady. I asked her for help because I can’t speak Thai language . Even though she tried to help but her attitude and expression shows like she was feeling annoyed therefore I didn’t take her help. I solved the problem by myself

Convenience to Terminal 21. Also in the neighborhood it’s good. . Cross street have a good local food restaurant.
