Old resort hotel located North Pattaya seaside. My room has a God view of the pool area a a glimpse of the muddy seaside. Old gym with many rusty weights & equipment of the 80s. Still works. Breakfast buffet so so, good for filling tummy. That is. Room is spacious but small and aged bathroom with standing shower on tub.The issue is the shower head was only 1.6m which 200mm shorter than my height. Firm mattress which I like. There is a nice walkway along the seaside - good for morning or evening walk.

First of all, this hotel run by old staff with conservative culture. The old reception check me in with wrong room type and no extra bed set up in my room that I have been paid for. She spoke in Thai language with someone on phone of cause I understand that she got confirm the extra bed has had put in room and she turned to confirm with me before hand the room keys. She did not read my booking that I booked sea view not TREE VIEW. But she gave me wrong room until I complained then she change the room for me. We stay for 3 people but housekeeping set everything for only 2 for 2 night. This hotel lake of managing as I heard another guest complained as well the they did double check in which caused 2 family met each other in 1 room. Definitely not recommend !!!

Very nice environmental hotel but location far from downtown Pattaya city.

I really liked the shuttle bus to Terminal 21.

The atmosphere is really and the price is affordable .

First I book mar 14-15 which is wrong day and my credit card is charged After I know I do new book mar 15-16 and sent email to Trip.com to cancel my first book but he cannot so I request this hotel and she says yes this hotel sent mail to Trip.com no charge me But now I have not message from Trip.com that he cancels my credit-card or not

Good as expected

I love that this hotel has aur conditioned shuttle bus to terminal 21 (mall). It is the quickest way to move about in the area. With my 5 days of stay, I never witness anyone cleaning the pool earliest morning or late afternoon like most hotels pool owners. I really wanted to use the pool but I didn't. I can just imagine hair and body scum on the flooring. As everyone can see, pool users, staff and management the water is murky. Tile floor is slimmy look. Hotel really needs to clean the pool everyday before someone gets sick. Some staff needs to be more approachable; looks like they don't want to be bothered at all. It is visitors that's giving them their income so be more personable, you might get tips.

The room and hotel were perfect for our stay. Great rooms/breakfast, nice swimming pool.

I had an excellent view of the sea from 22nd floor of my hotel room. Everything was good. There is good service and extremely helpful Thai staff in this hotel. I will book again soon.

My partner and I enjoyed the room and hotel overall. The front desk staff were nice, hotel was clean overall.

My friend and I enjoyed the view from our room. Staff was responsive, breakfast was good.. Would recommend.
