Great location for people who are interested in partying in Saybrook out one of the most popular bar streets in Pattaya it’s a bar and a restaurant. How’s the feeling of living in a bar? Great experience feeling like a local living here however no elevator so if you are unfortunate, not to get the floor, you gonna have to do some steps, but room is really room is good. Has a area for smoking. Nice staff clean sheets a closet restroom all functional no issues has Aircon. We recommended for a budget travelers and people just needs a room on themselves.

The best hotel I have stayed at in this price range. All the amenities are taken care of in the room. There is an island with a kitchen where there is a microwave and a nice refrigerator. A balcony where you can relax alone in the fresh air. Thought out all the design down to the last detail. Even the mugs created a homey coziness. Despite the fact that there was no elevator, I was helped to raise and lower my suitcase. At night there is no one at the reception and the door is closed. Only residents are allowed in. But there are phone numbers you can call and they will help you. You can't hear any sounds from the street. The room has a useful mattress for your back.

Manager is friendly, offered to do laundry and even folded it neatly all for a very small price. Flexible with checking out later as well. Will come back again

A small inconvenience upon arrival. I booked a room with a tub, but was given a smaller room without one. I had to pay 200 THB to get the room I had reserved. They told me that the mistake had been made by Trip.com, which had booked a different type of room, even though I had paid for the room with a tub! The stay was quite good, the staff were good, the price was good, and it was close to everything: bars, restaurants, and shops.

Very dirty, I couldn't sleep at all, I didn't dare to take off my clothes when I lay down at night, and there were rattle shops all downstairs. This hotel should be for those customers, so it was noisy all night, all kinds of noises! But the pictures don't show it at all! Avoid it! Don't stay here!
