We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya. In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc. This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week. There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool. The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding. The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town. We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.

Мне очень понравился жилой комплекс. В нем есть несколько бассейнов, красивые уютные холлы, в том числе и с панорамными видами. Рядом с отелем расположены крупный торговый центр, ночной рынок, порт - для поездки на острова в 20 минутах ходьбы. Комната была относительно чистой. Я уже смирилась, что в Азии придётся проживать в одном номере вместе с насекомыми, поэтому не забудьте специальный спрей против тараканов. Убирать комнату и выносить мусор вы будете сами, имейте ввиду. Как получить ключи от номера: регистрируйтесь на посту охраны, идёте прямо и налево в холл здания В (башня В), ящики с ключами расположены в глубине холла, далее вводите заранее присланный вам пин код и забираете ключ. Как открыть дверь: дверь будет издавать различные звуки и не открываться, наберитесь терпения, приложите аккуратно карту (вводить цифры не нужно), дождитесь сигнала ” the door unlocked”.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Our stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable (spacious and beautifully). Decorated throughout the hotel is exactly like a palace. Great location and amenities. 7eleven is just across the road. We'll be back again.

It is not a seaview. I couldn’t find the sea at all. but The house layout is nice. TV wasn’t working. The stove seems not working too when tried to use, mannual written on the stove is useless. The host is uncontactable except for check out. Location wise is quite okay.

位於芭提雅市中心的獨棟別墅，周邊出行很方便，別墅乾淨衞生，工作人員服務很棒，入住期間遇到的問題和困難都能很快的為我們解決。最最主要的，居然有中式早餐提供，來泰國遊玩幾天第一次能在早上吃上一碗熱熱的白粥真是讓我的中國胃口太感動了🥹！

I was pleasantly surprised by this development and my villa. The villa was very well equipped, with a massive refrigerator, excellent air conditioning throughout and good selection of stations on the television. The villa also came with a nice outdoor deck at the top. The pool was smaller than I expected which was the only real shortcoming. There were some signs of wear and tear but overall the condition was good. The check in process as well as check out was very smooth. All people I dealt with spoke good English and were extremely nice. I will return.
